I cancelled my insurance with this company as they said they couldn't insure my new vehicle. They told me it would take a while for my refund to come through so i waited patiently.
today i chased it up and they say they have no record of my conversation with them
I had 8 months left on my policy that cost £477. They offered me £43 refund.
Keep away from this bunch of cowboys if I were you. I certainly will from now on.
