“You don't really know how good an insurance company is until you have to make a claim. But so far, as a new customer, they seem efficient and good at keeping me up to date with what is happening with my policy.”

“I have been a client for many years. I have always had courteous service over the telephone and my queries have been answered knowledgeably. I have certainly discussed rising prices and given better quotes.”

“With regard to car insurance i think City Insurance are first rate. My wife and I have saved a lot of money in recent years thanks to City. We found them because we were compelled to move from Prudential on one of the cars. Since then we have moved the other two across as the Pru oddly gave up on insuring cars. They assumed we would transfer automatically to one they were promoting as the alternative. Poor service from them after several decades with them. I can't comment on other insurance as I did ask for a quote but City didn't get back to me. My wife and I use both email and telephone to communicate. Your survey - below - only allows for one box to be ticked. The response time has varied considerably. The first time was quick.”

“Fortunately haven’t needed them in an emergency but in general admin of my policy they seem pretty efficient and helpful.”

“Very good insurance company had no problem at all. Only 4 star's because I had to send proof of no claims off other policy after the fact so think it should have stated that on application as a few days later made me panic. And if so would have had 5 star's”
