“I have been with City Insurance since 1975. On the few occasions I have needed to engage with them (beyond simple renewals) the service has proved invaluable e.g. when I had to add my daughter to the policy when my wife, traveling in Europe with her was taken ill, and daughter needed to take over the driving. It is a level of service and personal engagement that one simply would not be obtained with on-line providers.”

“I have used City Insurance Group Ltd for the past 3 years to insure my home. Unfortunately, I suffered a flood on 1st January 2025 and since then, I have had to navigate my way through a difficult and protracted insurance claim that has taken 16 months to resolve. During this time, I have dealt with Ryan Hague who has helped me immeasurable to bring the claim to an appropriate, just and balanced conclusion. His effort and sense of fairness has been exemplary and without his help and persistence, the outcome may have been completely different.”
