“I have been with City Insurance since 1975. On the few occasions I have needed to engage with them (beyond simple renewals) the service has proved invaluable e.g. when I had to add my daughter to the policy when my wife, traveling in Europe with her was taken ill, and daughter needed to take over the driving. It is a level of service and personal engagement that one simply would not be obtained with on-line providers.”

“The customer service at City Insurance is excellent. The staff are very helpful, and I appreciate having someone to talk to on the end of the phone. They’re happy to answer any queries. They always try to get the best deals for me too.”

“Well the price was competitive which was important as it was an eu driving licence for driving when in the uk without restrictions. So Many companies over charge for people with clean licences so we were pleased with thhe quote . If I had one thing to say that would be to get your name out there for all ex pays with a uk address and an EU licence because the main players are much more expensive for a less superior policy . City insurance came up purely bu chance but way down the list of companies suitable and I was ready to sign up to another company for £150 more when city insurance flagged itself up so hope they deliver on their promises of the policy”

“Creig is very supportive. He knows his subject backwards and always finds the best possible cover. He takes all the work and worry off us and having worked with him over at least 15 years he knows our circumstances. Would not go anywhere else.”
