“The City Insurance group car insurance team have been brilliant. Jordan, Creig and Liam have helped me to find the best insurance for my son as a learner driver on my car, through to insuring him on his own car. They have taken the time to look at the best ways to make sure we have the insurance we need at the most efficient price. They have advised ways that we can reduce my sons premium, whilst ensuring that he is correctly covered and this has made a big difference. City Insurance provide a professional helpful, and friendly service and I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.”

“Quick, efficient service. I have returned to city insurance because they offer value for money. Clearly explain everything. I have never waited in a queue, even when I was having trouble with an email at my end they went out of their way to be helpful. I dread the stress of phone calls to arrange insurance etc... but City Insurance take all the stress away and in the hectic world we live in it is a refreshing change to speak to a friendly, efficient advisor that gets the job done within minutes. Thank you for your help.”

“Very friendly and personable service. Made it clear they are independent and offered choices on different insurance companies and premiums. Don't always go for the cheapest option - a good broker should tell you the benefits and restrictions of any quotations they provide.”

“After receiving a competitive quote for an £80,000 car on a comparison website I decided to phone City Insurance who have provided my cars, home and business insurance for years to check what they could do and to my surprise they provided me with better cover for a slightly lower price. But ultimately whether it was less expensive or not the service they provide is exceptional and that’s why I have stayed with them all this time. One of their main differences these days as you can actually call them and discuss the cover that you need.”

“Avoid for learner driver insurance!!... Took the full 12 month payment and WONT refund pro rata less an admin fee once you have passed your test. Told there small print says NO refunds. Passed after 4 weeks so would have expected some sort of refund.”
