“Very good insurance company had no problem at all. Only 4 star's because I had to send proof of no claims off other policy after the fact so think it should have stated that on application as a few days later made me panic. And if so would have had 5 star's”

“Professional and efficient service. Staff were patient and polite even when I called the following day to make changes to my policy. I emailed queries late at night and had a response soon after opening in the morning. Telephone queries were dealt with under an hour and email within 6 hours.”

“Insurance is inevitably complex, and the process of starting a new policy can be time consuming. Four stars reflects the level of frustration in fighting through the process. No idea how good they will be with a claim, and I hope never to find out.”

“I did find the renewal quite steep as I had made no claims so I was expecting it to go down not up. Otherwise I have no problem”

“I cancelled my insurance with this company as they said they couldn't insure my new vehicle. They told me it would take a while for my refund to come through so i waited patiently. today i chased it up and they say they have no record of my conversation with them I had 8 months left on my policy that cost £477. They offered me £43 refund. Keep away from this bunch of cowboys if I were you. I certainly will from now on.”

Dear Mr Harris, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you feel this way. Having checked our telephone records, the last conversation we had with you was in August 2022 when an additional driver was added to the vehicle. Unfortunately we have no subsequent recordings of you calling our office advising the sale of the vehicle. However, when you did call our office to discuss the matter we did advise that if you could provide evidence of the vehicle sale then we would be able to consider a further backdated refund. As it stands, the policy was cancelled as agreed and the refund was issued in line with our terms of business. Kind Regards, Mike Cose, Office Manager.

“Beware of this company!!! Absolutely worst experience. after payment done, you will not receive any notifications from them. call to cancel and they and will charge you, Reason for not being established”
