Hi Hilary, thank you for your feedback. All of our items are assessed for their condition by ourselves before being listed on our site. The condition classifications we have will have a range within them and so it may be you received 2 top end 'excellent' bowls and as well as a further 'excellent' bowl that shows more signs of use, however all items marked as excellent should still meet our quality controls.
