“I ordered 7 pieces of a Charade china tea service. The order arrived within 5 days and was very well packed, no chance of breakages. As the specification stated they were of excellent quality, perfect and as new. If you are looking to replace broken or damaged china this is the place to contact.”

“I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase from The China Village! The dinnerware is absolutely beautiful, and now my breakfast table looks absolutely stunning. Every morning feels special when I use these gorgeous pieces. The quality of the service was exceptional. Matt Gibbins answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s wonderful to work with a team that really cares. I was also very impressed with how carefully the dishes were packaged. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition – not a single chip or crack. The attention to detail made such a difference. I’m so happy with everything and will definitely be ordering more pieces in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Ordered 4 plates and 3 cups. Came in a big box well packaged and protected by recyclable materials. (There really is a use for the Daily Mail!). Two of the plates had huge chips out of them, making them unusable. Half a happy bunny.”

“I was happy with the website, ordering and delivery process. However, I was disappointed that the item i ordered was sold as in 'Excellent condition' but I do not think that it is 'Excellent'. The item has obviously seen alot of wear and therefore the pattern is missing in places along the rim, the bottom pattern is dull and the bowl actually wobbles! Sadly, well used would have been a better description.”
