“Everything China village did was fine but I do not expect courier to dump parcel in hall and not even put it outside flat door Anyone could have stolen it. So please use Royal Mail and get customers to sign for parcels or arrange collection from post office. Courier did not even ring doorbell.”

“I purchased 3 Denby Arabesque Dinner Plates, they arrived on time and were well packed and damage free, all of the plates were purchased as "in excellent order" however, one of the plates looked to have been painted by a child and had not been glazed during manufacture. I am to say the least disappointed with the rogue plate and feel unable to reccomend The China Village.”

Hi Stephen, Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm sorry to hear that one of the plates wasn't up to standard. There will often be colour variations between Denby pieces. This is usually caused by production taking place at different times, with different colours and techniques being used. However, if the plate was missing glaze, this should have been picked up by us.
