“This experience could not have been more of a contrast to another attempt to buy a replacement item of crockery that I had. It was simple to identify the piece and equally simple to place the order. More to the point, delivery was even quicker than I had understood it would be and it arrived well packaged and thus undamaged. The service therefore was impeccable and I would not hesitate to use it again.”
