“The sale price of the shoes was very good,but one pair had been worn a while,with a few creases on the leather,and slightly dirty soles.Perhaps you could describe them accordingly.But not a problem,i am happy to accept them at sale price.”

I can assure you that all items are brand new and in the box and should have been checked prior to dispatch to you. “Excellent customer service. Two pairs fitted well but there is always an issue with sizing Joya's shoes and I should have done my homework better...size 40 is usually 7 but here is 6.5. Can't fault the staff, the prompt response followed up by a phone call. Highly recommended.”

“I received my pair of Waldlaufer Helgo shoes last week hoping they would help with an arthritic toe. They felt a bit odd at first as there seemed to be a big drop between the heel and toe. However I removed the provided insole and found that a lot better. Early days yet but I think they will help me as the toe box is very roomy with the insole removed.”

“Excellent company - the ordering and returns processes are very efficient. The standard of the footwear is excellent too, but sadly they were unsuitable for my very problematical feet. I can thoroughly recommend Cheerful Soles, and I have no doubt I’ll be ordering from them again.”

“Disappointed that CheerfulSoles use Evri to deliver their goods, I have had bad experiences of Evri and so had to pay extra for Royal Mail delivery.”

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with EVRI. We have a great relationship with our local couriers who call everyday, as do most of our customers.
