“Helpful information given on the telephone. The website is easy to navigate and delivery was speedy. My shoes were well packaged and the usual good quality that I have come to expect from Cheerful Soles. You will be difficult to replace”

“I have ordered many shoes, sandals and replacement insoles from CheerfulSoles over the years. The descriptions are very informative, but if you have any doubts or queries they are extremely helpful on the phone. Delivery is timely and articles well wrapped, but if unfortunately things aren’t to your liking, it is easy to get an exchange or refund. I need Alegria footwear, as I have arthritis in my feet and have had various operations on them, so I find CheerfulSoles indispensable.”

“Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. I actually ordered 3 pairs but a staff member rang me to check that I understood they all had different fitting and to recommend the most suitable one for me. Obviously not just on the sell but wanted to sell the correct pair to me. Really impressed. Excellent service, thank you.”
