“I’ve been wearing CheerfulSoles for some years now. I work in a hospital & am on my feet for 12 hours, tried many other shoes & trainers but were no good. The shoes are so comfy my feet feel lovely in them and at the end of the shift my feet still feel good. I order a size smaller as my feet are slim & they fit perfect.”

“Very helpful and said I could try out the shoes indoors to ensure that they were right for my very dodgy feet! Sadly they were not so my high hopes were dashed again 🙄 Returned with no fuss thank you.”

“The first time I have used insole shoes,as I was recently prescribed insoles by the NHS. The insoles fitted perfectly. It took two weeks for my feet to adjust to insoles, which was I told at the hospital would happenl. The shoes are very comfortable and roomy. The insole fits perfectly. The laces and the supportive heel fit the brief given to me. I will be buying other colours in future for summer.”

“The service was excellent and I was well informed about the delivery. I bought the shoes as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and had been very pleased with the previous Joya shoes I had purchased from you. Unfortunately the new shoes caused the removal of the skin on my heal and I am not able to wear them so have returned to wearing the old shoes. The new shoes do not seem to have the flexibility of the old ones particularly at the back of the shoe. This has been very disappointing experience.”

This is disappointing to hear John. The shoes you bought are on the Joya lighter Nuvola sole which is not as cushioned, or as deep as the rest of the Joya range. Our advice would be to stick to the Joya SENSO and ACTIVE sole units in the future. Kind Regards, Jo - Cheerful Soles
