“Thank you, you cheerful soles. Travelling from tropical summer to UK winter, I needed a very specific fitting, warm boots. Being up north, and the only shop in UK with my size, I was delighted when you not only quickly sent them to London, but they arrived before Christmas. A life saver. Thanks a million.”

“Order quickly processed ad delivered for free. Always chose Royal Mail to get an option for delivery date. Very good site for shoes that have good are support and designed for feet comfort. Also a good place for finding Joya Shoes that are cheaperwhen on sale.”

“Joya sandals are fantastic, this is my second time ordering and the service from Cheerful Soles is so efficient. Such a shame with Brexit we get a very high customs charge in Ireland so I won't be ordering again”

“because i live in the republic of Ireland I had to pay in excess of 25 per cent extra vat without getting any credit for the UK vat----- this is penal so I wont be buying from UK anymore.”

Hello Pauline. When a customer places an order from an address which is outside of the UK, UK VAT is automatically deducted during the checkout process. I have checked and this was correctly applied to your order, you can see on your order confirmation that no UK VAT was added to your purchase. “My shoes arrived on time as promised, well packaged. They fit beautifully. I have been wearing trainers for some time now as they are the only shoes which fit my insoles and are fore foot rockers. I was wary of buying a pair of shoes as I have been caught out in the past. The information on the website was accurate and helped me choose the correct style.”
