“Ordered some Jota trainer shoes. Very good price. They look good. Am walking them in at the moment inside house. Delivery was a little slower than expected but overall very satisfied.”

I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the shoes Ann. The Veloce trainer you ordered is classified as 'standard' width by Joya Shoes and not wide fitting. That being said, everyone's feet are different and they were clearly too wide for you. We process all returns as soon as we receive them and i can see that we completed your refund straight away.
