The service was excellent and I was well informed about the delivery.
I bought the shoes as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and had been very pleased with the previous Joya shoes I had purchased from you. Unfortunately the new shoes caused the removal of the skin on my heal and I am not able to wear them so have returned to wearing the old shoes. The new shoes do not seem to have the flexibility of the old ones particularly at the back of the shoe. This has been very disappointing experience.
