“I’m delighted with my shoes which are exactly what I’d expected. I was a little anxious prior to arrival as the delivery company you use doesn’t have a great reputation for accuracy. However, mine arrived on time and to my address.”

“I never give five stars so these four mean that my experience with Cheerful Soles was very good. A question I had was quickly and effectively answered, the item arrived in a very timely manner and my refund was applied in what seemed like record time. My only quibble was that I had to pay for return shipping but that is clearly stated on the site and it's only that so many places offer free returns that this seemed a little out of step (pun acknowledged). I have no trouble recommending them to anyone.”

“I have arthritis in one of my knees and ankle. Normally I'm a Dr Marten girl, but have been finding that they are to heavy for my right leg. I end up in way more pain. So with much sadness I've been looking for something else that's still a fun shoe, but will be more supporting. I then discovered the Alegria shoe. I was a little bit anxious about paying that much out on a shoe I wasn't even sure would be OK. Also the sizing I was a bit worried about. They only go up to a size 7 and I'm normally a size 8. It does state though that they are roomy so go down a size, but I wasnt sure that that would work for me. So I ummed and ahhed for a while. But I loved the style and they were the only orthotic shoe that I liked the look of. I finally and nervously bought a pair. Delivery was fast, it even came with a little Alegria key ring (nice touch!). The shoes were sooo cute, and to my joy and relief they fit like a glove. So comfy. Now, the pain in my right leg is obviously still there, but is no longer agrivated by my shoes. They are so lovely. I'm a student, so when my next student loan comes in I plan to buy a second pair. The only concern is, I'm not sure how long the velcro strap will remain strong. It is right now, but I hope further down the road it doesn't become worn out and not spring open as I'm walking. Not sure why it's not a buckle. But anyway, right now, love, love, love the shoe - like walking on a cloud!”

If, down the years it does become worn, then a good cobbler would be able to replace this for you.
