My clips snapped and tried to contact you for some replacement ones, but no respons at all. I can not use them now. Terrible service.

Hi Marek We do indeed accept credit card payments but unfortunately, your payment declined. You were therefore sent an email on the 12th July from our order system with the next steps of how this can be resolved. If you require the information of this email resending please let us know by replying to reviews@carshades.co.uk Unfortunately, we don’t get a reason why the payment declined from the bank, we just get a notification that payment has been declined. Tracking system sucks. My phone interprets it as a phone number. If you copy it to sky net shipping, it doesn’t do anything. If you are in America, buy from a company in America. This over seas shipping nonsense is too complicated. Ordered items on 7-5-2022. Still waiting as of 7-14.

Really disappointed. Ordered the set for a 4 door version. The display picture matched the selection with small blinds for the tiny rear quarter panels. I was sent blinds for the 2 door.

Got my shades wrong twice, I returned both sets of blinds with the assurance that my £36 postage would be refunded, but 5 weeks later my emails have been ignored and I'm still waiting. If you want good customer service I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Je ne mets jamais d’avis sur internet et encore moins négatif mais la c’est surement le seul moyen qu’il me reste pour avoir une réponse à ma réclamation. J’ai acheté récemment le pack arrière pour une BMW Série 3 modèle G20 de 2019. Je connaissais déjà la marque ayant mit des pare-soleil sur la voiture de ma conjointe et étant totalement ravis de ceux-ci. Mon dieu que fût ma déception pour les miens… Pas du tout mais alors pas du tout adaptés à la voiture !!! Je me demande même si avant de les mettre en vente, ils ont été essayé sur le modèle… Ils sont pour ainsi dire inutilisable car plus que difficile à mettre en place et ne tiennent pas lors de l’ouverture d’une vitre… J’ai donc envoyé 2 messages au SAV qui restent sans réponses et ce n’est pas normal du tout. J’espère que mon commentaire changera cela et que la société CarShades fera ce qu’il faut… Numéro de commande : 3317212 I never put an opinion on the internet and even less negative but it is probably the only way I have left to have an answer to my complaint. I recently purchased the rear pack for a 2019 BMW 3 Series model G20. I already knew the brand that put sun visors on my wife's car and was totally delighted with them. My god what was my disappointment for mine... Not at all but then not at all suitable for the car !!! I even wonder if before putting them on sale, they were tried on the model... They are virtually unusable because more than difficult to set up and do not hold when opening a window ... So I sent 2 messages to the after-sales service that remain unanswered and it is not normal at all. I hope my comment will change that and CarShades will do the right thing... Order update : 3317212

I chased my order as after a week I had no dispatch email and was told that there had been an error and it was not dispatched. I was told it would be dispatched immediately, one week later I still had not received my order so contacted them again and was told it still had not been dispatched but was given no explanation as to why. At this stage I just wanted a refund which I must say was processed quickly. There was no apology for the mismanagement of my order. The place seems very disorganised and provides very poor customer service

Hi Carlos - we have looked into this further and we can see from the tracking info that the goods never got beyond the international gateway hub in France. This indicates that the request for taxes payment, which is sent by the local customs department not ourselves has not been settled and is therefore being returned to us. The shades are really good but the clips are awful, I emailed the sales team regarding this matter and haven't recieved any response.

I ordered a full set for my Renault Clio. The window pieces are great but the sections for the rear window didn’t fit correctly. After contacting the customer service team and sharing photos, they agreed the sections were slightly too big. It’s now been 17 working days since they’ve received the faulty items and I’m still waiting for a refund, after chasing it up 3 times. I’d strongly suggest you don’t purchase from this site.

I have a mini 2018 cooper hatch and the shades that are supposed to fit (2014 and up) DO NOT FIT. The boot shades overlap by 2cm and the side window panel material ripples and is not taught, again sizing issue. Very disappointed.

Horrendous experience, needed blinds for my jaguar xf. First set wrong, second set wrong. Had to return both sets of blinds. With my order having to be cancelled be cause they were incapable of making them correctly. No concern about customer satisfaction, no apologies,no customer service. I delt with this company on the strength of there great reviews. Just go's to show you can't always believe what you read. Very disappointed.

Have contacted several times now about last set of blinds I have had previous sets have been amazing This set does not fit even after I called before ordering to check and was told yes, I explained had made changes to 21 reg model and was told windows were same, Wrong the rear does not fit at all called to explain just before Christmas someone would get back to me gave until end of Jan with time of year called again and again Feb and again in March as of yet still no call back or email Still waiting so can get a set to fit even offered to take my car in for you to adjust and make all your templates from so willing to take a day off work to get this sorted and yet still no call back Used to get great product and great service as may see in previous review but now don't bother buying as a trusted customer and have recommended for years really not happy

Bad customer service Ian who emailed me was great however his colleague was more interested in the fact I had done the order incorrectly! Which wasn’t true. So cancelled order.

For a product that was worth 76,06 € its' value included delivery at the time i bought it(it was black Friday) i was informed from DHL when it arrived at the customs of Greece that i should pay 67,52 € more for duty tax/charge in order to deliver it. If you are from Greece and you are willing to spend a small fortune to get 4 shades (after all they are shades of nothing special species) you can go forward to. I returned it to the CarShades.uk company and now i am waiting to have my refund of 76,06 € to my credit card. Totally unacceptable this policy( whoever is responsible) that does not inform in time consumers for the exact extra money that they are expecting to pay at Customs to have full knowledge for making their budget and decide if they can afford to buying it or not. They don' t have serious after sales policy. I sent them 3 messages to find out when am i supposed to get the refund but no response by them. I had to make an objection through paypal to get money back. Not trustful company.Waste of time and money. Τhey pay no attention to you especially when it has to do with refunds. Hi Anastasios - we respect and understand the frustration that you have detailed in your feedback. However, customs and shipping fees are not costs that are charged or controlled by ourselves, they are fees applied by the specific country's customs department and the shipping company who charge the handling fee, therefore unfortunately it isn't possible for us to advise what charges you will face. We don't of course charge for VAT on your purchase with us, hence why you are then charged the duty locally. You don’t care about costumer support, I paid 19£ for shipping management and got myself having to deal with the product being stuck at the borders! Don’t buy from this store!!

However, in relation to the charges mentioned in your feedback, for international orders we do not charge VAT, therefore orders are subject to local import duties and taxes and also handling fees by the shipping agent. These are charges are not set by us and are outside of our control, therefore, we understand that this can be frustrating and lead to a disappointing experience, but unfortunately not something that we are able to change.
