Shades are excellent quality, but don't fit despite being assured by your sales team that they would. Have spent over 2 1/2 hours queuing on the phone (2 different numbers) during the past 2 days in an attempt to return them for a refund. Very concerning!.

Absolutely terrible, no communication the shades did not fit . I have sent them back still no refund or reply to my email seem like one big scam !!!!

I am giving you no stars as I have never received the goods, it appears I can't give no stars so I have to give one star for no goods how can that be fair!!!!!!!!!!!

I havnt received my car shades! I have contacted customer service but no reply! I would appreciate some sort of contact. I will be happy to amend my review once I have received the car shades, but my experience so far is not good!

I have not received the shades I purchased. The tracking link in both the email I received from vanstyle.co.uk and on both carshades.co.uk and vanstyle.co.uk websites never worked. Having never had a shipment from SkyNet I finally figured out I could use the consignment number to search on SkyNet.co.uk to track the package, only to find out the package arrived in Philadelphia THREE days ago! I live in a suburb of Philadelphia, and it does not take three days to travel from Philadelphia to Exton. How do I know, I travel to downtown Philadelphia at least twice a month to officiate weddings.

I bought a set of shades fit my polo last year, but after several attempt and had extra fittings, have still not been able to use the back ones as keep falling off. So won’t be ordering any more. Wanted these to keep the sun of my greyhound as she travels with me all the time and for the money don’t think I got my monies worth

For the price of these I expected better. Expected to be perfect fit. Quite the opposite. They don’t fit at all, leave gaps and keep falling off. Rubbish. Have emailed and sent pictures to show and the company couldn’t really care less. No help what so ever. Avoid. Waste of 85 quid.

Normally great and easy to pay and receive your item but 3 times so far not been able to buy as there new system for payment cancel payments

Avete solo creato problemi. Sono un privato consumatore che ha solo l'esigenza di ricevere le spedizioni presso il mio ufficio. Evidentemente è troppo difficile da capire per voi e la vostra ottusa burocrazia doganale. Non avete solo perso per sempre un cliente, personalmente farò in modo che ne perdiate molti, ma molti di più, parlando a tutti della mia pessima esperienza con voi. Addio!

Hi Andrea - as explained by our customer services team, we were unable to ship to your commercial address without an EROI number that the couriers need in order for the parcel to be despatched internationally. We also appreciate this is a frustrating situation but unfortunately is something we are unable to change as it is a legal requirement of our courier partner. Sadly,the rear left kept slipping and got caught when the window opened, dropped on the road so now I've only got one in the back. Meh

They don't fit well. It is too much margin and therefore it is impossible to roll the window up and down

Hi Tomas - we are sorry you are having a few issues fitting your Audi A6 Car Shades. To be able to assist please could you send us a picture of the whole window so we can see all of the edges to reviews@carshades.co.uk. Looking at your image compared to the fitting instruction, we can see that there is a CL-M13 clip missing in the bottom left corner on the vertical part of the frame, therefore it would be good to check positioning all other clips to see if that helps resolve the issue. So I spent just under £90 on these shade’s that don’t actually protect from the sun my daughter loves to look outside when I am driving but the sun is still completely in her face,, I got better results with the cheap ones that have pictures on than I do with these and that only cost me £15 they are a waste of money and if I could go without giving you a single star I would have but I can’t

I am very disappointed with the shades 2 of them just don't fit properly and the metal clips do not fit well at all and keep falling off the window.

Il prodotto sarebbe anche buono, ma le istruzioni sono pessime ed i ganci per tenere ferme le tendine sono anche peggio. Alla fine i ganci non sono stabili e muovendosi, addirittura hanno rigato la carrozzeria interna attorno al finestrino. Non lo ricomprerei mai, soprattutto Visto quanto è costato il prodotto. Acquisto sconsigliato

i'm not entirely sure that the customer service speaks or understands English. Maybe that's where we went wrong! i ordered a set of 6 shades for the car. 2 shades were nearly correct but too big and ever so slightly the wrong shape. i attempted to ring them. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE INVOICE IS INCORRECT. Therefore it was over a week before i got hold of them. very helpful verbally "we will send a whole new set and swap them with your ones. we just need some pictures to show they dont fit" i sent pictures of the ones that do fit (and by now have been used for 1.5 weeks) and tell them that i have sent 6 pictures of the rear passenger door BECAUSE THEY DONT FIT SO I CANT TAKE A PICTURE IN SITU. Car Shades said that the 6 pictures were not good enough and insisted that i take a picture of the rear passenger door shade in situ. "Good Morning Hazel, I am really sorry, however the majority of those photos don't really show much. Can you please take a single photo showing how the rear passenger door shade is fitted. Regarding the port hole car shade this is fine, it just hasn't been pressed quite far enough in" I do as they ask and take a picture of the shade of the rear passenger door in situ by bending the frame to fit the aperture. Car Shades then have a gadenza saying that they DID NOT ASK ME TO DO THAT AND WILL NOW NOT HONOUR THE VERBAL AGREEMENT. "We appreciate your feedback and are sorry you feel this way. We were advising you of the correct way to fit the port light window shade and had not discussed the passenger window at this point, your next correspondence that had images attached showed the bent frame. There was no instruction between those emails to the effect of “force the rear passenger window” thus I am unsure as to how you can hold us responsible." THEY LITERALLY ASKED ME TO DO IT. I can only assume this was to say - which they now do - that i have damaged the goods and therefore they cannot be returned. POOR COMMUNICATION AT BEST DOWNRIGHT SLIPPERY CUSTOMERS AT WORST DO NOT USE THEM
