“I ordered the car shades and they arrived relatively fast. However I just could not get use.to the visibility especially out of the rear window. I have sent 2 emails and have never received a reply to any of them. I have followed the returns policy and sent the shades back and have the confirmation of delivery as well as photo. This was also followed by an email explaining why (which they asked in the returns policy) which again was not replied to. I have tried calling numerous times and it just rings out and puts you first in the queue for 30 min. I have not received my refund or even confirmation I will. And after reading these reviews it seems people are experiencing the same. A good product (just not for me) let down by poor customer service”

“tried to order and had some issues . so I now have a pending payment with PayPal with them trying for over 24 hours to contact them they NEVER answer the phone ignored Facebook message and email awful customer service”

“Excellent product which I would recommend but oh dear me, the instructions, including the videos, are dreadful as they do not give the most important piece of information i.e. how a clip fits behind the rubber sealing strip and actually fits onto the edge of the metal frame around the window. Could I suggest a diagram is added which shows the rubber strip having been pulled away to reveal the metal edge and the clip in situ.”

“Il prodotto sarebbe anche buono, ma le istruzioni sono pessime ed i ganci per tenere ferme le tendine sono anche peggio. Alla fine i ganci non sono stabili e muovendosi, addirittura hanno rigato la carrozzeria interna attorno al finestrino. Non lo ricomprerei mai, soprattutto Visto quanto è costato il prodotto. Acquisto sconsigliato”

“The blinds are brilliant, great quality and nicely finished. The only complaint would be the instructions. The photos are very dark and not very clear to understand how the clips work. I'm still not 100% they're right but the blind seems to be held in place.”

“Car shades arrived a day or so later than DHL stated, not CarShades issue. Shades fit well and are ideal for me keeping the vehicle cooler than normal with the sun shining on the windows. A very useful item to have for any vehicle”

“Absolutely amazing, babies and two dogs travelling in the back of our 7 Seater Skoda Kodiaq on a long road trip. These Car Shades plus air con kept everyone cool. And out of the rays of the scorching sun. It’s been boiling hot in the UK recently and these were so needed. They also kept our belongings out of view when we did stop. 10/10. Buy some now all the parents out there!”

“The shades are a great sun blocking solution with a newborn, however, the clips to attach the shades to the windows are awful quality. They snap or fall off. This has made me very nervous as the clips could fall into my baby's car seat. For the price of the shades the clips to attach need to be vastly improved.”

“Nice product as described and easy to fit as well. Only drawback I found was that they didn’t block out enough light, so I actually doubled up on the window for my son next to his car seat. Would be great to see different options as to how much light is blocked.”
