I chased my order as after a week I had no dispatch email and was told that there had been an error and it was not dispatched.
I was told it would be dispatched immediately, one week later I still had not received my order so contacted them again and was told it still had not been dispatched but was given no explanation as to why. At this stage I just wanted a refund which I must say was processed quickly. There was no apology for the mismanagement of my order. The place seems very disorganised and provides very poor customer service
