Flowers didn’t arrive in time for important birthday. Mid afternoon the day after. You said allow extra day if strike action. There was no strike action. Someone took pictures for me reciepiient , my 85 yr old Mumbai said they were awful stems broken and floppy I should have kept with interflora.

Ordered flowers on a Monday - chose a Sat delivery slot allowing 5 days to ensure they arrived at weekend. Flowers never arrived on special day . Very unreliable - 2nd time this has happened. This company can not depend on deliveries arriving on time- refund is no good to the recipient who never received the sentiment behind sending flowers.

I had to rectify an order that was delivered to a completely wrong address and dumped infront of a bin . I was offered 10£ credit and a premium delivery a few days later but wasnt sent an email so had a palaver knowing whether it had arrived. Then the flowers didnt look as expected. My daughter hates pink and they were sposed to have purple with yellow but were punk with yellow.Arrived 4 days after that which they were meant for. Oh dear!!!

Ordered the Sophia letterbox flowers for my mams birthday and must say absolutely disappointed nothing like the picture won't be ordering any more again😡😡😡😡

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on the 17th December but there was a postal strike. When I eventually got them they would not revive and I had to put them in the bin.

This is the second time I have ordered flowers to be sent to the Isle of Wight, and both times the delivery date that was stated is wrong. The Christmas arrangement I sent as a gift arrived two days after the recipient went on holiday. The money was refunded, thankyou, with an excuse about the royal mail strike...use another courier then, the strike was not a surprise!

2 trees disappeared..at last one Xmas tree was delivered but not the write one. The last time I order xmas trees. Not much of a apology never mentioned why the wrong tree was sent..poor show.

Not for the first time the flowers are battered and the eucalyptus is looking mouldy and diseased so went in the bin.sad looking gift when someone has taken time and thought to send something and it feels awful to complain.

Flowers arrived a day later than planned despite being asked to choose date for delivery, complained but the 'strikes' were blamed despite the strike days being over for that week. The blooms have not recovered as you would be led to believe, they have had their food and given 48hrs now and are not doing well, the greenery has all dried up. I have said never again before, but this time I must stick to it

I gave you another chance after my grandmas flowers were poor last time I ordered ( you will see there was credit in my account ) apparently they were even worse this time. This really isn’t good enough for a 91 year old.

Received two days late, box squashed, flowers broken. Not looking that good either. Promised credit is twice less than was promised. No,I'm very sorry,but moving on.

Wasn't impressed ordered them for my wife's birthday on the 16th didn't receive them till Sunday the 18th although they were despatched on time meaning they were with the courier an extra 2 days arriving not in an ideal condition. I realise there is industrial action with royal mail but she received two different bouquets on her birthday from different companies who obviously use a more reliable delivery service. Poor service

My plant arrived in an absolute terrible state. Half the soil had come out of the plant, the plant itself had been bashed about and it was completely dry. Safe to say very disappointed. Not even sure it’s salvageable.

I have used Bloom and Wild on many of occasions but my recent orders have been disappointing. The recipients have received dead flowers and paying premium delivery to not even arrive on the nominated day. Bloom and Wild are consistently achieving in delivering poor quality products.

Ordered flowers for a friends birthday. They were never delivered. Not even the next day. I had to chase for a refund and was offered another delivery date! It was her birthday - too little too late. I’ll use another company next time. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered special delivery understand strikes so ordered in time for a memorial date, 3 days later still no flowers and can get money back but upto 10 days. Stressful time which I thought I was doing good now dead flowers will arrive instead of a nice Xmas flowers to my elderly aunt and uncle 480 miles from me. If they turn up

App doesn't work properly, customer tells me to call ( 1st from Spain,2nd the benefits of online shopping is that I don't have to waste time on the phone,3rd not to be giving my payment details). Their only option was..Will call you if you want. Won't be bothered and won't be recommending them.
