The flowers arrived for my friends birthday and did not look like the flowers that were promoted on the website. Less flowers and now after a few days the flowers have already started to wilt a petals are already falling off. I’ve contacted customer services on the 24th and am still waiting for a response.

Awful flowers delivered! Lovely service but they don't communicate. They did replace them but not with what was requested and all dying. Better buying in the supermarkets. Dont waste your money as you will be let down

This will be the second and last time I will be ordering from Bloom & Wild. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my parents 41st Wedding Anniversary & paid for courier delivery to ensure that they arrived on a Saturday. For some odd reason, the courier that has delivered to them countless times before said that they couldn't find the address so the flowers arrived the next day, which was past the special occasion I intended them for. Not only were the completely dehydrated and drooping because they had zero water unlike other florists I have used in the past, but the supposed £55 bouquet looked nothing like the image I had selected them from, and were very poor to say the least. Whilst I realise that Bloom & Wild state on their website that the flowers are often delivered in bud, even when they are in bloom they will in no way reflect the image on their website or the amount of hard earned money spent. Very disappointed and will instead direct my money to local independent florists.

I found the bouquet to be very disappointing. They were part of a gift for my mother's 90th birthday. It was very small and certainly had fewer flowers than I expected in comparison to the picture. My initial plan was to set up an ongoing subscription for my mother which I will do, but not with B+W.

I ordered flowers paid extra for delivery date they didn’t arrive on that date then said they had been delivered the following day when they hadn’t it turned out they had delivered it to the wrong address and left them outside on the street lucky they weren’t stolen and there where ants all over the box shocking response to my complaint I wouldn’t recommend you use this company very poor customer service and for what I paid for the flowers they weren’t what I expected for what I paid you didn’t get a lot stay clear off you don’t want to get disappointed

I have to say I was really disappointed how the flowers looked, I understand they are sleepy until watered but truly they do not look at all like on the picture advertised. Really upset and I have emailed but the email was returned. I would actually like a refund to be honest.

I was notified that Delivery was attempted, but postman didn't put through letterbox or leave a card. Recipient never received the flowers.

These are not good value for money. For £27 the bunches are really small - you need to buy a whole other bunch from somewhere else to even fill out a vase. I've tried bloom and wild a few times and they always die very quickly (within 2-3 days they start dying) so they clearly have a freshness issue. Disappointing - I recommend the other providers much more

A huge disappointment. Flowers sent by me to my stepmother for her 94th birthday were wilted and sad-looking. I appreciate they arrive in bud but this was 2 days later. I was embarrassed to have sent them. Very poor experience.

Sent flowers for Mother's day, they didn't look great when they arrived and had a brown powdery mildew on. Mum wiped them down and put them in water, hoping they would "pick up" but the roses just died, the rest of the flowers followed after 3 days. I complained and another bouquet was sent out, but they arrived in the same substandard condition. I won't be using Bloom & Wild again.

Used before with no problems but based on this purchase I am extremely disappointed and personally embarrassed. Flowers arrived, a third of them wilted. This was a present for a close cousin who needed cheering up and half dead flowers did not do the trick.
