Flowers were delivered 4 days late, so were in a bad state and were squashed in the packaging! Not a great service and very disappointing gift to a friend for their 60th birthday! I appreciate there are postal strikes on, but an intelligent approach for a business would be to account for this!

3 days after delivery date and flowers still not delivered. No reply to email chasing the delivery. At this rate the flowers will be dead by the time they arrive.

Delivery was 4 days late. Flowers arrived squished and bent. The roses are already turning brown after one day.

I ordered flowers for my sick granddaughter on Tuesday and by Saturday still not arrived and not getting answers from help line. I have used Bloom & Wild many times and this is the first time I have been let down, very disappointed

What a disappointing first order to my daughter on her birthday. I sent flowers as I was too ill to visit her today and to find out that she hasn't received them is so very annoying as I could have gone somewhere else if there was any doubt of not getting there today. I hope they turn up tomorrow as part of the 6% of not arriving on the specified date or I want a full refund

I have sent flowers to friends and family using Bloom and Wild and always been delighted with the quality and selection. However, my latest order has not lived up to expectations. I love plants and have many in my home, so decided to order an Audrey Fig Tree as this is a variety that I haven't seen in my local garden centre. It arrived on time, but when I opened the box, lots of soil and leaves fell out of the box. It had obviously been placed upside down at some point in the journey and everything was covered in soil and the seagrass basket had to be thrown away, as soil was embedded. This is supposed to be "large" - it isn't. Mine measures barely 80cm and is very unlike the bushy, taller specimen shown on the website photo. If I'd seen this in a garden centre, I wouldn't have looked twice, let alone spent anything on it - if this were a dress, it would go straight back. Based on this experience, I would still buy cut flowers from B&W, but in future, I will only buy plants that I've actually seen in a nursery or garden centre. A waste of money.

Delivered today with 3 days delay…. ridiculous. All flowers are withered. Do not recommend. Very Unprofessional. It doesn’t even look like flower.

The flowers both times turned up in an awful state. Never use them again. Worst flowers I've ever seen. They are that bad. It doesn't deserve a star.

Unfortunately our free delivery service is not guaranteed for the date and deliveries sent via this method can occasionally take an extra working day in transit. We do aim to make this clear at the time of ordering but I am so sorry if this was missed. Just so that you are aware for future, we also offer DPD guaranteed courier delivery to most UK postcodes for an additional £5 - £10. The flowers themselves should be safe and protected in their packaging while in transit and should only need a trim and a drink on arrival as usual. However, if they are not looking as expected after they have had 24 hours in the vase to re-hydrate, please don't hesitate to get in touch via hello@bloomandwild.com and we will be happy to help. The ordering experience was very straightforward but the product was an embarrassment to me as it was a thank you to my dear friends. There was a lot of green foliage and only two or three flowers- not at all what I expected. In the past I have used Bunches and always had lots of lovely flowers for a similar price.

I was told my flowers had been delivered but they were not received. I had sent them to my daughter-in-law to send her lots of love on a difficult day as she was struggling. So I am extremely disappointed and offered the delivery this week - which is no help at all as they are both at work and the day has passed and I wanted to let her know I was thinking of her!!!

I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed with the flowers. They were a gift for my friends birthday and I could see she wasn't pleased with them although she said they were lovely. Wether it was the colour I chose I don't know.

I'm a big fan of Bloom and Wild but unfortunately on this occasion the flowers arrived looking very sorry for themselves, it took several days for the status to change from shipped to arrived, most likely because of the postal strike but it would have been better to not offer delivery over that period. Feels very disappointing as sent to an elderly aunt for her birthday. Unable to take a photo as she doesn't have a smart phone.
