I have had no notification that my order was delivered and received. So I have no way of knowing if it was on time or who delivered it. My sister has not said thank you (which she would normally) so I think it wasn't delivered.

Arrived on time. Most underwhelming ‘bunch’ of flowers. Droopy, no problem, to be expected. Several flower heads had fallen off. Snapdragons dead. Recipient couldn’t stop apologising for me having wasted my money!!! Not the response you want when you’ve wanted to surprise someone! Some purchases over the years have been fine. This is not the first disappointment. Thought would give another chance. Wish I hadn’t! Couldn’t get through to anyone to speak with at Customer Service. Had to fill form in four times; before I ended up settling for credit!!! Just what I want… to waste money again!!! Certainly won’t be using or, recommending this company in the future.

Original delivery which was due on the 16th May was taken back to the Post Office by Royal Mail. Bloom & Wild arranged a new box of flowers but weren't able to deliver until the 21st May, which is very disappointing, and no refund offered just a DPD premium delivery service which isn't really a great benefit !

Really disappointed as I ordered for a specific delivery day. Only used the company as I wanted the tulips with bulbs. Would have gone somewhere else. Shame

The birthday flowers were ordered to arrive on a Saturday. Despite tracking showing they were dispatched they didn't arrive so will be 2 days late IF delivered on Monday. Back to M&S flowers for future. They always deliver on time.

I saw the flowers the day after they were delivered. The roses were wilted and the greenery was crispy. Extremely disappointing.

Sadly, the letterbox flowers which I ordered for my Aunty’s 90th birthday arrived in very poor condition and over the following days they did not recover. I phoned Bloom and Wild last night and they are going to send a replacement. This was the first of a 3 month subscription so I really hope the next deliveries are of a very good standard.

Hi Julie, I'm so sorry that your Aunt's blooms did not recover, especially as they were such special 90th birthday blooms! So 3 out 3 orders not delivered on time. Looking at the 98% on-time rating, perhaps it’s just me you pick on. Your response? £10 off next time. Laughable that you think there will be a next time.

I’ve used B&W previously and been happy but this time was a huge disappointment. I ordered flowers and paid extra for delivery on Saturday 16 April. Order was confirmed and delivery date but when I checked the status of delivery on the Saturday with DPD I was informed it wouldn’t be delivered until the following Tuesday. I specifically paid extra for delivery for a special anniversary so very dissatisfied. I contacted B&W who apologised and refunded which was decent of them but the recipient of the flowers didn’t receive the gesture I had hoped to comfort them with.

I was extremely disappointed with loom & Wild…. I ordered an orchid for a very special occasion (my daughter’s 60th Birthday), and also it was a thank her for all she does for me (I am 85 years old)… but I am afraid this Company let me down. All day I was wondering if my orchid had arrived - to show her how much I loved and appreciated her. By the time it got to 6 o clock in the evening the orchid had still not arrived. I made numerous phone calls and had chats on their Chat Line but nobody could give me any assurance that my order would arrive. My whole day was focussed on this and I ended up in a very upset state as I was thinking my daughter would not have thought I had even remembered her birthday…. In the end I spoke - on a Chat line- and a young lady whose name I am sorry I have forgotten, refunded my money for the order. I intend to buy an orchid now for my daughter from elsewhere, but I have to say it caused me so much hassle on what should have been a Special Day all round…

Unfortunately the flowers arrived late and I have been informed that they was not in a great condition. I decided to order through Bloom & Wild following the good reviews. Next time I have decided to use a local florist to the area i will send flowers. It was disappointing, and probably not your fault, but the fault of the delivery company.

I do not think you really want a review. If you do here goes! I ordered the flowers on Friday 1st April for a Monday delivery 4th April. I had an email saying the delivery people could not deliver on Sunday 3 April. Why (whoever they are)would they deliver on Sunday when it should be Monday I do not know? The flowers were then not delivered on the Monday. I contacted your people and told them to forget it and reimburse my credit card for which I had a confirmation email. Our friends had the flowers delivered on Tuesday!! Dates are important when sending gifts ad receiving them after the event is futile.

Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. This isn't the review that you want, or one I wanted to write, but it needs to be brought to your attention and should be something you can look to address in the future. A good friend of mine passed away recently and I sent flowers to his lovely wife and children, a few days prior to the funeral. I was absoloutely shocked and annoyed to hear that the flowers were, unbelievably, sent back to the post office. I mean, come guys?! They're flowers, that grow outside, these flowers should have been left outside the house. Instead, they were returned to the post office and my friends wife had to collect them. Naturally, with the funeral and loss of her husband, she didn't get around to collecting them straight away and as a result, they were half dead and needed alot of work to salvage what she could. I paid in excess of £30 for your service, that I didn't receive, and more importantly - my friend didn't even get them before the funeral, just a dead bunch of flowers that she had to make the trip to collect. Very unhappy and will prob look elsewhere next time.
