This is the second time I have ordered flowers to be sent to the Isle of Wight, and both times the delivery date that was stated is wrong. The Christmas arrangement I sent as a gift arrived two days after the recipient went on holiday.
The money was refunded, thankyou, with an excuse about the royal mail strike...use another courier then, the strike was not a surprise!
