Not great at all!! Bought flowers for a Mother's Day and birthday gift. The courier service didn't bother even trying to post the flowers, and just left them on a wall where the weather ruined the flowers. Can't really fault the customer service team as they were very quick to respond to my complaint and offered to send a replacement bouquet and credited my account with £10 very kind of them but I definitely won't be using Bloom and Wild again. The replacement bouquet came today. They got delivered just fine this time. But the bouquet itself was just sad and such a disappointment. Wilted flowers. More stems than flowers Absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised! Just all round disappointed and wasted my money.

These flowers were for my mum for Mothers Day ..although delivery was good, the flowers were not. Such a small bunch, that looked absolutely nothing even after they’d woken up. I was so disappointed…had expected a fuller bunch.

Flowers ordered for Mothers Day failed to arrive until after mothers Day and were delivered on Monday looking rather tatty Another bouquet was to be sent out as an apology which were delivered today, well not actually delivered just left on the doorstep without ringing the bell/knocking the door to let the recipient know they were there I had a message yesterday Tuesday advising that flowers had been delivered So a bouquet was delivered Monday, a message from DPD advising of delivery of flowers yesterday Tuesday and 'new' flowers delivered today, Wednesday Simply not good enough and I won't be using the company again unless the look at their delivery organisation

Flowers from friend arrived looking dead instructions said would "perk up". After following instruction day 3 still look dead certainly don't look like they'll perk up.

Sadly my mums flowers turned up half dead, very wilted and brown. She put them straight into water as instructed and waited for them to perk up which they have not.

I’ve used the service previously but I’m so so saddened and dissaspointed by the quality of the flowers over Mother’s Day, I ordered 3 - one for my mother, granny and mother in law. All limp, lifeless, much less impressive than any I’ve previously ordered. Sadly supermarket bouquets looked much much more impressive by comparison. I have written a complaint but I’m still waiting to hear back.

The flowers you sent did not represent the picture on the website, the quantity and quality was extremely poor if I had gone to a supermarket I would have only paid £3 for such a small bunch of flowers not £27 really upset as they had been for my mum on Mother’s Day .. didn’t really show how much I care for her .. deeply disappointed

My second delivery of flowers through Bloom & Wild and both were as bad as each other. First time I put it down to one of those things. Now received some for Mother’s Day and they are even worse. So disappointed with flowers that droop and have stems broken. I would not use this company and feel for my friends and family who I feel have wasted their money.

My son sent me flowers for Mother's Day received them Thusday they were dead by Saturday. My daughter also sent me flowers for Mother's Day they arrived Saturday the also were half dead with the petals in the box have been so disappointed to get two boxes with half dead flowers.

1 star for effort B&W but I have just spoken with my mum who thought that it looked like the flowers had been boxed up for a couple of days before they arrived. Roses were browned, flowers were squashed. Not the depiction in your photos! A mother's day flop unfortunately. Can't use you again because of this.

Disappointed with the flowers. They were delivered a day late and arrived dead. Got them for Mother’s Day! Won’t be buying from here again. Royal Mail are to blame on this one

Poor quality, not worth the £££. Ordered for a birthday and mothers day. The images on the site are misleading as was the claims, the site advises they would bloom and last for weeks. Yet half of the flowers are wilting already and have already bloomed. Dpd never bothered to post either set of flowers through the letterbox as promised

Ordered flowers to arrive day before mothers day as a surprise. No delivery arrived and no contact from Bloom & wild to provide update that they wont be arriving. Now stuck the night before mothers day. Poor service

The flowers arrived looking dry and old. Put them in a vase and hoped they would spring into life but oh no did they not!! Very unhappy customer handing these flowers over to my mum was embarrassing! I most definitely will not buy from this company again and stick to my local florist in future!

Really disappointed with Mother’s Day flowers. Look nothing like image on website, more like petrol station flowers. Could have bought a lovely bunch for £30 elsewhere!

I should have probably read the fine print that flowers come in a box and not as presented on the website but the shock I was when I saw the box waiting for me by the door, was massive. And even going beyond that, the flowers were nowhere near what they looked like on the website. And not to mention they came one day late, missing the birthday date they were meant for. So…. Massive disappointment and a mistake I will never make again.

They will not change an order date for you (when someone won’t be in) even with two days notice, despite bombarding you with lots of “you’re so valued” emails. Very disappointing.
