I Ordered these flowers for a friend that just had a baby as a surprise and when she received them and sent me a picture I was in shock as they didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. They used different types of flowers and looked so cheap. So embarrassing and disappointing.

Terrible. I choose this shop twice, and I must say the quality of flower is terrible each time. The first time is OK, just some petals broken. But second time the flowers went mouldy! Two of the four main flowers have been snapped. whose petals also broken and the stamens shown. Another one is totally sickly soft...Which is only shown on those deadly flowers. How on earth I could send flower like this to my friends? And the time is not on my side. even the staff offered me a replacement, it is impossible to be arrived before meeting my cousin. I will never choose them again. their consumer service is good. But the QUALITY IS PRIORITY. You may get the fine flower eventually after many many days, but you cost time, and miss the chance.

My friend was, not surprisingly, out for lunch on her birthday and when she returned home (after only 2 hours away) the flowers had been left in the sun and she was so upset when she saw how wilted they were. Surely, in this weather, they could have been left in the shade with, preferably, a note through the letterbox to say where to look. I was concerned when you told me the flowers would be delivered between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. - it's too vague. If you had given a more accurate timing I could have warned her - but they were meant to be a lovely surprise ha, ha.

Hi, We were disappointed with the delivery of the package as they were left over the gate and not through the letter box as I believe the box is designed for. The standard of the flowers was below our expectations as per the photos below.

The plant was a gift for a friend. It arrived on time (great) but with insect damage to the younger leaves. It was very pot bound and once the plant was taken out of the lovely ceramic pot for a drinj of water it was hard to get back in. B&M refunded but a disappointing experience.

I am so sorry one of the leaves was damaged on the plant and the roots made it hard for the plant to fit back into its pot, especially as it was a gift to your friend! I'm so sorry a replacement was not appropriate on this occasion and can see a full refund was processed for the disappointment caused here. Arrived 1st August 2 flowers were rotten and 3 days later looked shocking - poor quality very disappointed as these were an anniversary gift

I was unhappy to hear the letterbox flowers I sent to a friend was not posted through the the door and was left on the doorstep, in full view of passers by. My friend was away overnight and I want to know why a neighbour wasn’t asked at delivery? A neighbour took it in early evening after it had been in full sun all day. It was lucky the flowers were not stolen. This is not the service I expect. I purposely ordered letterbox flowers to be put through the letterbox or at least left with a neighbour. It has really put me off using your service again.

I had some flowers delivered recently since I had a bereavement and in all the time o have sent and received Bloom and Wild Flowers I was really disappointed. They just didn’t seem to do anything and does oretty quick even after following all the care instructions!

A very ordinary handful of blooms that never delivered any joy. Perhaps it was the wrong week to order a bunch of roses from bloom and wild, perhaps it was the delivery? Either way, the flowers never fully revived and unlike previous gift orders that were wonderful and lasted many weeks, these had completely wilted and withered well within a week.

Bought a bouquet for a friends birthday and it was delivered on Thursday. When I arrived at hers on Friday I changed the water as the bouquet was already looking worse for wear. By Sunday the roses were dead and nothing else had really bloomed. Really disappointed as I bought these as I’d been impressed by I bouquet I’d received from bloom and wild. £28 wasted

I RECEIVED A BOXED BOUQUET AS A GIFT FROM MY EMPLOYER BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, THE FLOWERS WERE MORE OR LESS DEAD UPON ARRIVAL. I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX WITH THE FOOD AND WATER ETC. BUT TWO DAYS LATER THE SUNFLOWERS WERE IN A DREADFUL STATE AND THE PINK ROSES HAD GONE BROWN. I RANG BLOOM & WILD AND A VERY HELP LADY TOLD ME THAT THE SUNFLOWERS SHOULD BE KEPT IN THE SUNSHINE (WHICH THEY WERE) AND THAT THEY LEFT THE BROWN PETALS ON ON PURPOSE!!!!. SHE KINDLY ARRANGED FOR A FRESH BOUQUET TO BE DESPATCH TO ME AND IT ARRIVED LAST WEDNESDAY. UPON OPENING, IT LOOKED SLIGHTLY BETTER THAN THE FIRST BATCH, WITH NO SUNFLOWERS TO COMPARE WITH, BUT BY SUNDAY (FOUR DAYS LATER) THE FLOWERS ARE ALMOST COMPLETELY DEAD AND TODAY THEY LOOK DREADFUL. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING BLOOM & WILD WITH POSTAL DELIVERIES. DISAPPOINTED FROM TUNBRIDGE WELLS.

I'm also so sorry if it was missed when ordering that out that our free delivery option can occasionally take an extra working day in transit and is not guaranteed for the date chosen. This was the 2nd time I had used this company and been let down. This time they didn’t include the message for my girlfriends 40th birthday….so flowers arrived but no message. Very disappointed. They offered a refund but failed to do the only thing they had to get right…

I ordered a bouquet for a friend on Wednesday, 29 June, 2022 as a surprise and found out today that they had not been posted through the letter box as promoted by your service. Instead they went to the sorting office and my friend was unable to pick up the surprise gift until today. I was terribly disappointed as they will be dead. What a shame.

Sent a bouquet to my friend and she sent me a picture of what she received. I am really disappointed as there was alot of greenery and not alot of flowers. Definitely not worth £25.

I ordered peonies fir Mon 27th they still haven’t arrived. I did try & contact you to tell you on Wednesday. They may have gone to wrong address but not mine.
