Very disappointed. Gift from family flowers looked very sad and half dead. Not worth the money spent on them

Delivery arrived two days late for a special occasion. 5 roses included, only one opened properly, others flower head droopy.

As stated on our website, Royal Mail is a free delivery service and is not guaranteed for the selected date. Sadly I tried B&W again and again I have been disappointed and overshadowed by flowers from Tesco / Asda and a local shop . 70gbp of nursed weeds that were wilting from day 1

I spent over 30 pounds on these flowers. 2 days after the delivery of this meagre offering, the few roses that were included are dying. I'm not very impressed. By the way, the page won't allow me to upload a photo.

Extremely disappointed. Two heads had fallen off when opened box. Looks like £20 supermarket bunch at best. Thought would be something special for £65. Just cheap standard flowers available everywhere else at much cheaper. Will not buy again.

I have alway had a amazing experience with Bloom and wild flowers. However my last order was poor. I know the flowers are “asleep” so takes time to come to life however May last order this has not worked with some of the flowers wilting . I assume perhaps the temperature they where stored in was lower than normal?

Last year i bought valentine's day flowers and they were terrible. As i have used bloom and wild many times i thought it was maybe a one off. I tried mire flowers this year for valentine's and they were terrible again. Wilting badly, no flower protectors. 24 hours later and they are a state.

Kirsty, thank you for asking me to do a review.... really cannot give one cause of the disappointment from your company, we ordered on the Thursday before the event that the flowers were to be sent and they arrived after the event being the Tuesday after we ordered. A big event for us as it was the anniversary of the death of our sons rainbow baby. So yes very unhappy.

Having used Bloom and Wild before and always been thoroughly impressed, I decided to order some flowers for my Mum’s 80th birthday. Unfortunately, to say I am disappointed is an understatement, the roses in her bouquet died within two days, she sent me pictures and I can honestly say that the flowers which she received are very poor. I used your portal to report the issue and cannot seem to get confirmation if replacements are being sent, I didn’t receive an email confirmation and when I go back into the portal, it confirms that my order number doesn’t exist. I have tried a number of times. Due to this, I would refrain from using Bloom and Wild again, a birthday gift for a special birthday has been such a let down. 😞

Ordered £85 bouquet for my mothers 80th birthday as I couldn’t be with her in person on her very special day yesterday! I am so sad, angry, disappointed and upset that she still has not received them! Her special day was YESTERDAY!!!!!!! Not today/ tomorrow! If Bloom & Wild can not offer specific day delivery then do NOT offer it!!!!!!! Thank goodness other reliable flower delivery services exist and I will NEVER shop with BLOOM & WILD ever again! EVER! I advise any one who wishes to send birthday flowers to a loved one or special friend then do NOT choose BLOOM & WILD!
