I ordered the flowers on Thursday 5th December for my Daughter for next day delivery to Congratulate her on her Promotion but the flowers were wilting on arrival on Monday 9th December 2024.

Flowers arrived late and very wilted. Didn't perk up once in water. Waiting for B and W to get back to me.

Delivery was made to address a mile away and left in pouring rain Flowers were clearly marked Woodlands and correct address which has an enclosed porch and people in all day delivery was made to Norden Heath cottage a mile away and it was up to us to try and trace flowers the next day very bedraggled . Surprise for my daughter spoilt plus she took a morning driving to try and find them. Not a happy experience

Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive the following day (Tuesday) but 5.40pm on the Wednesday due to the parcel being sent to Lancashire instead of Manchester. This delay obviously affected the condition of flowers

I completely understand how frustrating this is and I'm so sorry this happened. I just had a peek into this order, and can see that the blooms arrived one day late. Our free delivery service chosen for this order, is not guaranteed for the date and occasionally deliveries via this method can take a second working day to arrive. I'm so sorry if you feel that this information wasn't made clear enough at the time of ordering or in the confirmation email received after the order was placed. The blooms should be safe in their packaging for at least 2 days of delivery to allow for our postcodes that are a little further away, but of course if the blooms didn't look as they should I'd love to help put this right. New customers get more discount than returning ones. You do not reward loyalty. Offered me £10off next order but that means I have to spend more money to get that discount. I am not stupid

Ordered flowers for next day delivery and it was deliver 2 days later. Flowers left in public hallway, instead of delivering to the address on the label ( there was specific flat number ). It was "get well" gift and unfortunately was not deliver on time :(

I had always been pleased with flowers I’d received from Bloom &Wild so I decided to use them for a family anniversary. Sadly, my first order was noted to be a day late but didn’t arrive at all(Royal Mail never delivered), the telephonist was efficient but rather detached and matter of fact. I would have appreciated a more sensitive understanding of the failure that had occurred. The outcome was a no nonsense repeat order which arrived the next day, so that was good, but I did not receive an acknowledgement that my order had in fact arrived. The tracking of Royal Mail was poor. All rather disappointing.

I ordered the flowers for a recently bereaved friend as a surprise. I thought from the description that they would be posted through the letterbox but the courier left them hidden in the front garden. No note through the door. When I didn't hear from my friend for a couple of days I phoned and he found them. Luckily they were still in good condition. I assume the courier presumed the recipient was also the person who ordered the flowers and would be expecting them.

Nice bunch of flowers, but i order a hand-tied bunch (expecting these to be arranged and tied together.... in a bunch, as the picture shows online) and i received flowers flat in a box. Not tied and not arranged. Somewhat disappointing there. And even after several days to allow the flowers to open, the bunch i have looks nothing like the picture online. similar vase used to the pics online, but our bunch is much thinner looking and somewhat "sad" looking. I will not be ordering from Bloom & Wild again.

Disappointed that the flowers arrived a day late and missed by friends birthday, however I appreciate the Royal Mail is outwith your control.

I have to say, I am impressed with the ordering and quickness of delivery, but the product was not as big as the stock photograph which you order from, in fact there were probably about 1/4 short from the delivered flowers to what was shown on the website.

I was really disappointed with the flowers. First of all I was given an estimated time of between 8-9 in the morning for delivery and they arrived about 12. I know you can pay for more exact time but when you are given a time to get them 3/4 hours later is annoying. I also know you can track which I did but I didn’t get a revised delivery time. When the flowers arrived they were squashed and some of the flowers were not good and were never going to revive well, two of the sunflowers leafs had gone brown. I will attach a picture although it doesn’t really show how bad they were. Now three days later they look ok but nit what I would have wanted for my partners birthday.

I'm ever so sorry to hear that despite being informed your delivery would arrive between 8am-9am in the morning, they arrived around 12pm. I can see you used our free delivery service for this delivery and despite the courier offering a time slot, they can slightly change from time to time. That being said, I understand that the delivery time frame was not updated on this occasion. Our delivery partner's tracking is usually very accurate so I apologise this happened. Due to the nature of letterbox flowers and how they are packaged, we'd expect them to look a little 'sleepy' or sometimes flatter on arrival, but we hope that you are amazed by how much they perk up once they've had a good trim and had a chance to drink in the vase. I'm pleased to hear they started to perk up after a few days, though I am sorry for the initial disappointment. I've always been happy with B & W flowers but am disappointed with my birthday flowers last week,after only 5 days they were all dead or dying.These are the only survivors.

Although we guarantee our blooms to last for 7 days, there are an exception of a few spring stems (for instance peonies and daffodils which can have a naturally shorter vase life). We ordered flowers for Easter delivery on 31 March. Unfortunately the flowers were prepared on 29 March but not delivered until Tuesday 02 April. This missed Easter and the flowers were in a sorting office deteriorating for 3 days whilst we were concerned why they were not delivered

I ordered flowers about midnifht am Thursday 14th March. Got an email back at 12:07 am on 15th March stating expected delivery was Sat 16th. All in good time - for my friend's birthday on the 17th. VERY DISSAPOINTED - they were delivered about 15:30 pm Monday 18th. Suprise ruined. They had been left in Royal Mail depot in Warrington at 5.30 am - I saw this on the tracking and not delivered for a further 48hrs. For flower delivery for special occasions. WAKE UP Bloom and Wild - dont use Royal Mail. I won't be using you again..... and I won't recommend either.

I'm extremely disappointed with Bloom and Wild, a company that I have used for many years when sending flowers to loved ones (hence the two star rating and not one star which they deserve) However on this most recent occasion (Mother's Day) I was sent photo's of the flowers received, some damaged and even some without flower heads (just stems) I appreciate such things occur and contacted Bloom and Wild through their website mechanism (so i could upload the photo's for reference) firstly on the (9th March - the flowers were send in advance of Mothers Day) and when I received no response, I tried once again on the 14th March. I am still yet to receive any form of response or acknowledgement from their customer services, to which is simply unacceptable. I won't be chasing them further and subsequently will not use the company again, nor will my family members who I have told about this scenario. Very poor customer service.

Having had good experiences in thepast I was very disappointed with My Mother's Day Althea, hand tied bouquet. One of the three chrysanthemum began dropping petals on day 1. Only one left by day 2. Two of the three sprays of carnations had not opened after a week. I did not like to tell my children.
