Flowers delivered yesterday, by today the flowers and drooping and discoloured. Folage loos specled. Also look spare compared to pictures on website

Didn't arrive on the day, Friday, nor over the weekend! Finally arrived Monday. flowers fine.

I ordered a bouquet I ended up with a small bouquet that was droppy and Hardly any flowers or foliage. For thr price I payed. Wasn’t happy as it was for someone’s birthday

I like the website and the range. I ordered for a birthday. It mentioned you could guarantee delivery if you chose a more expensive option I would have done that but the only button available was standard delivery. However you said 91% common time My wife’s birthday came and went and no plant. I contacted you and you apologised but didn’t respond to any of the above points - including when it was coming. You offered a refund which I took as her birthday had passed - I asked what happened to the plant (ie was it in transit) . No response . Despite the fact that your persons job title had the word delight in it (she was perfectly nice but that wasn’t enough. It arrived yesterday (instead of 21st) and all the soil was out of the pot and all over the box - it spilled all over the floor If I had chosen M&S I would have got it on the day I asked and I’ve never had spilled soil. I tried you because I chose an independent small company this time. Disappointing customer experience

Nice flowers in the pictures. But poor delivery service, they got lost and when to Chelmsford sorting centre TWICE. When you did arrive they were dead. Left outside on the floor with no note though the letterbox to say where they were. Poor customer service.

The flowers arrived well presented and in excellent condition my mum was very happy. However, 2 days later when I called she was extremely disappointed as the roses had begun to die and looked awful. I would of expected them to last a tad longer. I hope the remainder of the subscription flowers are better quality.

Prompt delivery. I wouldn't pay a tenner for the flowers. Over priced but you are paying for the delivery and the convenience. Definitely overpriced goods.

Unfortunately I was not impressed with my letterbox flowers. Although they have bloomed a little bit since arriving, I think a few small tulips and small carnations (which I wouldn't buy) plus a small amount of something else, are not worth the price of £37. I won this in a competition, otherwise I would have been asking for my money back I think.

I got the seasonal 12m flower subscription for my wife as a Christmas present. During the ordering process it was very frustrating that you couldn't apply the 25% off code advertised on the website. When the flowers arrived they were very limp, but did perk up a bit when put in water. My main gripe is the quantity received. The bouquet seamed a lot smaller than previous £25 flowers that I have bought and does not seem good value for money, especially as you have to arrange them yourself. My advice would be to forget about Wild and Bloom and just order flowers monthly from your local florist.

Awful. Ordered for next day delivery. Purposely did NOT select Amazon delivery. Received an email stating they’d be sent via Amazon delivery. They didn’t arrive. My mum (the recipient) then got a Royal Mail delivery failure notice stating there would be a £7 charge and she had to go to the collection office. Royal Mail advised her the £7 was because the label suggested ama on delivery but they’d incorrectly been sent via Royal Mail. By the time she got them half the flowers were ruined. First and last time I will use this company.

I'm afraid my experience wasn't great. I know I put the recipient's name but when I checked out it had substituted my name for the recipient. I tried to change this immediately but as my email wasn't checked until 5 hours later I was told nothing could be done. I have not heard from the recipient so have no idea how nice the flowers were or even if they arrived. This is concerning because the recipient is the sort of person who would always send thanks, as this is a surprise gift it would be rude to ask. I was given a voucher in my account but as my experience was not great I doubt I will be using it. I am now inundated with emails encouraging me to order more, I do wish companies would not automatically add you to a mailing list without asking permission first. I have unsubscribed and yet they still keep coming.

Lovely idea, and very quick delivery. But when it arrived the tree was very misshaped, and no matter how much ‘zuzshing’ couldn’t get out. And also the main root has been cut, so no chance of us being able to replant it after Christmas

Very disappointed after paying extra for early delivery ( before noon) as we were going out to lunch for my partner’s birthday. They never arrived and we had to cancel lunch. They didn’t Arrive until the next day. Very disappointing.

The fee was much smaller than I thought with too many oversized decorations. The lights and star on top redeemed it. Very disappointing and overpriced.

I’ve ordered a few times in the past and have always been happy with the bouquets but my most recent order has been really disappointing. I ordered the flowers for myself and they arrived on time and in bud as usual - good start. I then followed the instructions to trim stems and remove roses guard petals, used the flower food etc but by day 2 or 3 the small purple flowers were already so dry they were crumbling off and now on day 7 the roses have still never fully opened and have just looked a bit sad. It certainly doesn’t look like a £50 bouquet unfortunately and makes me think twice about ordering again - particularly if I was sending to someone else.
