I ordered a bouquet at 8pm for delivery the next day for my aunt who was celebrating her 80th birthday and sadly lost her husband two weeks prior. My order was completed very quickly with me selecting the following day for delivery as it is stated that orders placed before 10pm will be delivered the next day. When I received the confirmation the delivery had been delayed by one day. I was unable to amend the date so immediately emailed customer services. I had a reply the following morning saying that the flowers I had chosen had sold our whilst I was completing the payment. It would have been so much better if I could have been given the option to select a different bouquet.
I have used this company many times and the flowers are always excellent quality and last a t least 3 weeks.
