About Bloom & Wild:

Hi, we’re Bloom & Wild. We don’t just send flowers. We help you care wildly.

As the UK’s most-loved online florist, caring wildly is at the heart of our business. And it’s in the soul of our people. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just on the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows. Or finding silly ways to make someone smile. After all, unexpected flowers really are the best kind.

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers on fri for 2 friends Birthdays they didn’t arrive till mon I’ve received flowers from you in the past and know they arrive asleep but my friends arrived nearly dead and even after 2 days the leaves all brown and some dead as you can imagine I felt very embarrassed after saying how great bloom & wild are and not sure I will take the chance and order again especially on a fri if they sit in the post all weekend I really hope you can resolve this issue as the concept is brilliant and wish you success. Mrs J Peasey Ps tried to upload photo but failed to send

The confirmed delivery date was 27th but the flowers did not arrive until the 29th. This was a birthday present and the flowers didn’t arrive on the day.

I was very disappointed with the bouquet sent to my sister -in -law. It did not compare with the bouquet illustrated on your website.

I'm not sure I am happy. Ordered the Katy for my niece's birthday and whilst ordering was easy and they were delivered very quickly, quite honestly the photo sent to me does not appear to resemble the flowers I ordered so I'm a little disappointed. Not sure if I will Order again. 😔

I had a phone call from my daughter in law to say she was sorry to say that the flowers looked half dead . She had to try hard to get them back to living but they never looked good. I am sorry to have to tell you this I don’t like to complain and as a new company I want to encourage you but sorry not this time .

Arrived home to find a note from our postman letting us know that some flowers had been delivered, although not by him. Good job he had left a note otherwise I wouldn’t have known. Flowers left outside an obscure doorway in the open and the full sun of a hot day. Despite being boxed flowers, inside were well on the way to dying & very wilted due to being left in the heat of the full sun. Very disappointed considering there were many other places out of the sun and extreme heat that the flowers could of easily have been left. Particularly the actual, obvious doorway into the house. Very disappointed at the complete lack of thought used by whoever left this delivery. I often send flowers myself and certainly wouldn’t use this company personally now after seeing the lack of care and attention used upon delivering the flowers.

Very disappointed with my first order from B&W. Flowers arrived dull and lifeless and not a patch in comparison to the image shown. Very disappointing as they were bought as a sympathy gift for my grandmother. Contacted them privately (not publicly) via Facebook 4 days ago and that day they were looking into the order but they have not made any contact since - or apology for the disappointing bouquet which is probably the worst part. They simply told me further care instructions (which I followed with no result) and that was it. They also pointed out that the flowers were in good bloom...yes 3 roses of the roses were. But there is at least half of the greenery to what is shown in the image and the rest of the flowers (the small pink “filler” flowers) are dry and crispy and I would pretty much say - dead. An apology for the disappointment would have worked wonders...

The bunch was nice, but a few of the stems were broken when they arrived unfortunately. Wouldn’t use Bloom and Wild again.

Very stressful in terms of delivery. I sent flowers to my sister in law for her 40th Birthday as a surprise. Royal Mail tried to deliver on correct day but was unable to deliver and therefore took them back to the depot. On the evening of the following day I received a notification that the flowers hadn’t been delivered. Now two days later my sister in law will collect flowers. I’m hoping they still look fresh but I doubt it if they’ve been in a box for more than three days. Not much of a birthday surprise.

For context, I have been ordering flowers from Bloom and Wild since 2014, so I am well placed to talk about the decline in quality over the past few years. I ordered the Flower Team's Pick XL for my parents for their anniversary. In the image on the website, this is a lovely bunch of herbaceous peonies with stocks and eucalyptus. What arrived was some stems of cheaper intersectional peonies-two of which were fully in bloom upon arrival, some stocks and gypsophila, which is one of the cheapest ways to bulk out a bouquet. Three of the stems of peonies were dead within three days. My parents are keen gardeners, and have been growing peonies for decades, so it wasn’t due to lack of care or knowledge about how to keep them alive. My mum was really unimpressed-this is actually the second time I’ve ordered flowers from Bloom and Wild for her which are below par, and she’s asked that I no longer order from them. Whilst I appreciate that Bloom and Wild have given me a refund for the bouquet, they have not addressed my valid comments on the poor quality of the flowers received, especially for the price paid. I understand that flowers need to be substituted for quality and/or availability purposes; but what is completely unacceptable is to substitute flowers for cheaper, poorer versions of what is advertised. They also seem to be oblivious (or don’t care) about the reputational damage. Really disappointed, especially as I’ve been buying from Bloom and Wild since their launch.

It seems my mum, who I wanted to send flowers to on her birthday yesterday, was one of the unlucky 6% who don't receive their flowers on the day requested. Perhaps you need to make it even more obvious that there is a chance flowers won't be delievered on the day requested to avoid these disappointments, as the service you offer is based predominately on date specific events, and I feel like I've wasted money and a opportunity to make my mum's birthday a little bit more special.

My first order with Bloom & Wild did not arrive which was disappointing. But they did manage to resend the next day after I chased and apologised. About to order again - so fingers crossed!

Despite previous good experiences, sorry to say my latest delivery didn't meet expectations. I nominated a day specifically because I knew that my mother would be in to receive the flowers. However they were delivered early while my parents were still on holiday, leaving them sitting upside down on the doormat.

Your company came highly recommended and having flowers packaged in order to be able to post them through the letterbox was very appealing as I knew that no one would be home on the appropriate day. I was quite disappointing to return home that day to find the flowers propped up outside my front door . I did check to see if the letterbox would accommodate the package and it did, so why the flowers were left outside I don't know, I do know I was fortunate not to have them stolen as I live on a very busy road. you did apologise and offer a discount on my next order( as completing this survey does) but I doubt that I shall be reordering. Such a shame as the flowers were very nice and its a great idea.

Treated myself to some peony roses after temping emails about how short the season is!.. arrived Friday and were beautiful opened up Friday and Saturday... but by Tuesday they were all but over, I hoped they would have lasted longer.... expensive for 5 days I feel. My previous flowers from b&m have lasted longer.

So sorry to hear of your disappointment - peonies do have a shorter vase life than other stems. Do drop the team an email on hello@bloomandwild.com so they can help.

Most disappointed my friend received the flowers & did understand that u have to wait for them to bloom. Well she sent me a picture of them & they most definitely don't look like the flowers I order.

Hi Roxanne, thanks for your review, I'm really sorry that you were disappointed. As your friend mentioned they are all sent in bud, so do keep us posted as they'll be looking blooming and beautiful really soon, but do let us know on hello@bloomandwild.com if not.

Beautifully packaged but lacking substance of flowers for total cost of the order (which already had £10 discount). Sadly would not use again.

Have used in the past and up until now have not been disappointed. However flowers this time drooped from beginning and look very tired.

Ordered 4 bunches of flowers. All between £40 to £50 each . 2 arrived great , 1 arrived average and one extremely poor . Emailed Bloom &wild who said they would send another bunch out upgraded straight away ! 8 days later after 3 further emails to them a replacement bunch arrived . No upgrade and to be honest an average bunch with some leaves dropping off. All deliveries of flowers were left outside recipients homes and 8 had to go and ask them to look for flowers as no one made an effort to as much knock on the door with the delivery so surprises ruined ! Price for a £50 order . Wouldnt let me attach photos. your better of going to Aldi and their flowers better quality and last longer for £10

I’m sorry to report that the flowers delivered where dehydrated and several of the stems had snapped. My mother was quite disappointed on mother’s day
