Flowers ordered at 10 am on Tuesday for Thursday delivery didn't arrive til Friday at 12.38pm so missed the birthday. Tracking history shows they were not despatched til 9.30 pm on Wednesday.

Hi Joanna, we're so sorry to hear that the flowers arrived a day later than scheduled. They were sent on time, though unfortunately Royal Mail delivery isn't fully guaranteed. We do hope that the blooms were enjoyed, but we've added some credit to your Bloom & Wild account to allow you to upgrade to our Premium delivery service next time.

The flowers arrived well on time, it was for my friend birthday. However got the picture from my friends and was really disappointed, not quite reflected the picture on the website. I was actually embarrassed, the flowers looked rather poorly. Sorry wonโ€™t be ordering again!

Sometimes the blooms can look a little different just on arrival, as they need time to bloom, though if you can pop us the photo via email, we'd be more than happy to take a look for you!

Flowers arrived on perfect time however there weren't as many as expected and they looked a bit wilted. They arrived on Friday and the greenery is now dying. I had thought at the price they were supposed to last a bit longer.

I ordered my wonderful mother-in-law a flowers to be delivered on her birthday. They were not delivered by Royal Mail and when they did arrive two days later they were squashed, dying as they'd been without water for three days...she cried. I'm so heartbroken for her. she is 82 and such a lovely lady I feel as I could have done better. She was amazing about it all offering advice ie why use Royal Mail and 'ram' a box of beautiful flowers through a letterbox and questioned the use of such flowers as Lizzy's owing to their fragile state and not lasting without water....a small bonus....I was refunded, customer service over the telephone was great.

The problem with using Royal Mail rather than delivering yourself is that you have no control. Royal Mail failed to deliver so flowers over 3 days in the box by the time my niece got them 2 days after the day intended - the anniversary of her moms death. Thank you for offering to redo them, but the moment was already lost

delivery and packaging was good, however the delicate flowers were squished and broke during transit so had to remove them from the display. The roses were not clean so had to take the outer petals off, as they were for someone else. I also left the response crd free to write a personal message and the company wrote on it to say that i decided not to leave a message! not what i was expecting - especially for the price..

Hi Amanda, I'm really sorry to hear these didn't arrive perfect. We do intentionally leave the guard petals on to protect them in transit, but I'm sos sorry if that wasn't clear from the care card. I'll also drop you an email to discuss the gift card a little more and make this up to you

Disappointed with the flowers received. Photo on the website is misleading. Expensive for size of bouquet and unfortunately, unsure as to whether I will purchase these again.

I have managed to talk to the recipient of the flowers this weekend, and she didn't want to upset me, but she was disappointed with the flowers, particularly the roses, which were so droopy that they never recovered.

I sent these flowers to my mum as a thank you however when they arrive a number of heads had fallen off the stems and the leaves had gone limp. Nice idea however maybe not practical

Felt very disappointed having ordered from Bloom and Wild before, I purchased the Liberty Edition for a relative to celebrate their new arrival and I can safely say they did not look anything like the photo. Extremely disappointed, especially for the price I paid for it, when I could have purchased flowers at a supermarket that would have looked equivalent for a lot cheaper.

Flowers didnโ€™t arrive - had ordered a birthday bouquet for a special birthday and they didnโ€™t ever turn up. Delivery said they had arrived but my friend never received them.

I ordered my flowers on fri 21st Sept expected delivery on 22nd but did not arrive until Tues 25th.They have been in water now for 24 hours and the snapdtagons have dropped all there petals already.So not overly impressed.

Placed two separate orders in two days. Both arrived the day after they were supposed to and both selections of flowers were droopy and past their best when they arrived. Very small bunch of flowers - neither looked like anything like in the photos on the bloom & wild website!

Flowers were not delivered on the 5th as ordered, but on the 6th when no-one was there to receive them. They weren't collected until yesterday and I only got photos from my sister last night......not looking very good at all. Had they arrived on time I'm sure they would have been lovely.

The flowers did arrive on time but the quality wasn't good for the money. ยฃ23 for the daisy bunch. I could have spent a couple pounds more and got better ones delivered from my local florist. So unfortunately will not be using this company again.

The idea of posting thru a letter box and then not is somewhat bemusing, suggest you look at different delivery methods. Runied the birthday surprise Posted the card thru the letterbox thou ?? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ for redelivery
