Customer care Service was excellent regarding replacement but honestly would not recommend flowers through a letter box

I received flowers on Thursday as a Mother's Day gift. I know how to look after flowers and they had perked up by Friday. By Saturday I began to think they looked a bit sparse so checked the details- 18 stems were the package- I only had 14, most of which was greenery. I tried the online chat but was told my question wasn't available! On Sunday I phoned- poor connection and the young man told me the packers had 'messed up' and that I should email. The line then went dead. I duly emailed and am still awaiting a response. My daughter paid for this and is so disappointed. I will not be recommending your service.

The flowers were sort of thrown in the box and were very sad and battered looking. they were all facing different ways with the larger buds "protected" by a mesh. I rang the company and the girl explained that they were dehydrated and would re-hydrate after 24/36 hours in the water. They have improved somewhat but they were so badly dehydrated that the buds will not open any more and the greenery has dropped everywhere and that was after 3 days. To be honest the presentation was appalling - it looked like a bunch of weeds that had been left in the garden to wilt - the girl I spoke to did say she was sorry that I was so underwhelmed - think that was an understatement. She advised me to take photos every day and then contact them again - I have better things to do with my time and the person that I am more agitated about is my daughter who spent her money on these. I have looked on your website and could not find mention that this is how you send them out I think this needs to be by far clearer. I was also informed that I had to use a vase that was the same or very similar to the ones in the pictures as I would then achieve the look that was displayed and if not could not dispute that the bunch would not look like that advertised!! - this was a bit like DIY floristry - I could have done this from flowers in my garden and not paid you.

Hi there, I am so sorry to hear that the blooms arrived in less than perfect condition, can you pop an email to hello@bloomandwild.com so we can take a look and put this right for you?

Box arrived slightly crushed, and the flowers looked nothing like the ones on the order. The roses were supposed to be pink and came cream/white, and a lot of the types of stems shown weren't present either (supposed to be purple stems and there were no purple flowers at all. It was all the same 2 pale pink and cream colours and one random yellow rose?). So very little impact. Really gutted as they look nothing like what I ordered.

Hi there, we really would love to look into this for you! Are you able to email us at hello@bloomandwild.com ?

Very good delivery, that’s about it. The flowers came and it looks like 80% of the flowers were dropped off somewhere else. (Compared to the advertising picture) I understand a burger never looks as good, but you’d expect different if you’d spent £20 on flowers. Next time I shall be going to Tesco or Asda.

Absolutely stunning flowers and I would repeat buy from all day long, but their website, which is just dreadful. You cannot buy without signing up, even as a guest, ok I can live with that; you cannot add various items that YOU as the customer wants easily and sometimes not at all. I ended up emailing/chatting with them which just wastes time and effort. Sort out the ordering process and I would give it five stars, but until then I will use Prestige flowers whose website is so user friendly

Hi there, Thank you so much for leaving us a review, although we're so sorry to hear that this was your experience when ordering. We want to make the process as smooth for customers as possible, so we're really sorry to hear that you were let down on this occasion. We would love to discuss this further with you, if you have the chance, so we can get to the bottom of why this experience was not the best it could have been. If you have any time at all we would love to hear from you either by email, at hello@bloomandwild.com, or on the phone.

Have ordered several times from B&W and have always been very happy. The last bunch that were sent were awful; half dead (even after a few days) and stingy bouquet. Not very good value for money.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong house. I made sure I put the correct address 3 Grosvenor Road and they were actually delivered to 3 Grosvenor Court which is some way down the road. They were intended for my Son's Fiancee as a surprise, I had to telephone him because I didn't think the photograph of where the box was left was their house, forwarded the email to him and he agreed but had to ask him to go in search of them. It took him about 20 minutes and then he found them outside 3 Grosvenor Court. In the meantime I phoned your telephone and was advised that it would be escalated to your Head Office. I believe my Son received a phone call the following day from your office who advised that the driver was adamant that he delivered them to the correct address just to rub salt in the wound! Also told something would be in the post. I have not received anything and as far as I know neither has my Son/his Fiancee! Very disappointing because the actual flowers are beautiful. Need to order another bouquet for my friend's 60th for next weekend but am reluctant, such a shame.

I was disappointed when sent a picture of the flowers that had been received. There were lots of woody stems and it was not a particularly pretty bunch of flowers. I will not be using them again.

I ordered 18 Red Roses and the box only contained 12. It was lucky that I was sent a picture and saw the shortfall. 33% less flowers is a scam! Lot of money spent and not happy. Complained and got a full refund, but a lot of time spent on this and it has tarnished what was supposed to be a romantic gesture.

I ordered flowers for my friend who is recently bereaved. She woke up this morning to my order that DPD had pushed through the door. The box was soaking wet and the card inside was sodden and almost unreadable. This is not acceptable. I spent more than I’d ever normally spend on flowers, and this experience has marred it. I will certainly think twice before ordering in the future.

Ordered some flowers for my mum as a gift from her grandson, they arrived and most were dead. Unknowingly to me she contacted yourselves to inform you and a replacement was sent. She sent me a picture of the replacement bunch and I am sorely disappointed for the price. I would not order again unfortunately.

I think the concept is good but the bunch looked much smaller than advertised online which was a shame as they were beautiful flowers!

We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your blooms. We do send all our bouquets in bud to protect the stems in transit and to prolong the vase life- though you would never want anyone to feel mislead. If it would be at all possible, would you be able to email us on hello@bloomandwild.com so we can help make this right for you?

The flowers when opened looked damaged and also lacked any colour. My wife was disappointed with them which was a shame since they were for her birthday. After I wrote complaining about them and taking photographs, they were replaced. The second bunch was much better although they arrived in an open box

Hello Jean, I am so sorry for your disappointment. Unfortunately the Royal Mail Service isn't guaranteed. We do have a courier option which we would recommend for such occasions. Please do get in touch with us at hello@bloomandwild.com and we will do our best to make it up to you.

The flowers I ordered for my Wife for our anniversary didn’t arrive on the date I selected. The tracking link to Royal Mail states ‘at the National Distribution Center’. I know there’s some small print that says delivery isn’t actually guaranteed for the date but there are so many other flower deliver websites that will deliver on the date you select. Very disappointing.
