I received the party time tree with instructions on how to decorate it. The instructions said that it should have come with lights but it did not. I wrote stating that I was confused as to what I should have received and, to date, have not received a reply (nearly 3 weeks ago). Needless to say that I will not be ordering from this company again and will not be recommending it to friends either. Very disappointed.

My mums flowers died after 3 days and she followed all instructions given. Also delivered on wrong day. Very dissapointed as it was part of her birthday. Thank you.

Dear Sarah, I am so sorry to hear that your mum's birthday flowers did not last. This really does not sound like our flowers, I am sorry your mum did not get to enjoy them. Flowers wouldn't fit through letterbox so card put through door saying collect delivery from post office I had to tell the person it was flowers so the surprise was ruined and they had to pick them up at 7 am therwise they would have been in the post office for 3 day's. I tried to fit the box the flowers were in through my letter box and a friends and they wouldn't fit through any . Therefire I won't be buying or recommending them in the future

Hi Lorraine, I am so sorry to hear that the flowers were not posted as they should have been. There really is not a standard letterbox size, but our packaging fit through most and we do instruct on the box that if they cannot post, the postie should leave with a neighbour. We take this very seriously as our USP is to offer convenience and we have definitely let you down here. Please email us with the order details, and perhaps we can regain your trust.

I was disappointed that my card never arrived with my friends order therefore she didn’t know who sent her the gift. After speaking to your team I was offered a refund or that the card be sent. I asked for the latter. The card still a week later hasn’t arrived. Maybe I should have gone for the refund. I’m not sure if I’d use you again to be honest.

I bought one of the tiny Christmas trees and was hugely disappointed. Very misshapen so could not be used as a centre piece as planned, but had to have its 'back' hidden. The lined velvet container leaked badly, so had to be replaced by an ordinary plant pot. Not up to the usual excellent standard I have recieved from Bloom and Wild

Years of using M&S my daughter told me about bloom &wild order flowers and they arrived a day late. M&S for next year never had a problem for 16 years .

My flowers were not delivered despite paying for next day delivery, and when I rang they were redirected to another address for me in the end, however, the dead original flowers then ended up at the previous address anyway! Bit of a messy order ... probably won't use company again.

The delivery arrived on time, but arrangement of flowers and selection was poor. The stems seemed they were randomly tossed into the box in every direction. The unboxing experience was shockingly negative and below expectations based on purchases from competitor mail-order florists. Questionable if I’d purchase from B&W again...

I ordered the flowers for my elderly aunts birthday. I specifically chose letterbox flowers as she has dementia and I didn’t want her stressed by missing a delivery, I’ve just been notified via the app that the flowers have been left with a neighbour so I’m disappointed to say the least. The flowers did arrive on the requested date but can’t comment on the flowers fingers crossed they will find their way to her later today

I don't yet know whether the recipient has received the flowers. I chose Bloom and Wild because it promised letterbox delivery. This was really my main consideration. But the email I received said that the driver had left the flowers outside the front door. This was not what I paid for or expected, so am disappointed.

Hi I asked for the flowers to be delivered on Friday 27th September - unfortunately they did not get delivered until the afternoon on Tuesday 1st October. Not great for a first time purchase. Good quality once arrived.

Arrived day before specified birthday date and the flowers did not freshen up as promised. Unlike the previous (first) order which was very good and so encouraged me to use you again.

THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED BUT THE BOX HAD NOT BEEN SEALED THEREFORE THE PARCEL COULD NOT BE DELIVERED RESULT I HAD TO PIC THEM UP FROM THE MAIN P/OFFICE BY HAND DRYED OUT AND LATE THE RECIPITANT WAS MOST UPSET MR NUTTALL

Everything was fine apart from my message not being deliverers along with the flowers I sent my friend. She therefore didn’t know the flowers were from me !

The flowers that were delivered to me this morning, were almost frozen. I treated them as advised. 12 hours after their arrival, they are no better and will not improve. This is one of 12 deliveries paid for by my daughter as a monthly gift for me. Last year the flowers were sent by Appleyards and were better. I have tried to email you using the info given on the paperwork that was with the flowers but to no avail. I do not have the means to send you a photograph. I am 84. Sincerely, Shirley Davies.
