Flowers were delivered on Friday 13th March, considering they have a sticker on the front saying they must be posted through a letterbox or left with neighbour they were left out in the pouring down rain and got soaked. When I opened them they were dead and didn’t look good what so ever. There was little creatures crawling round the box, I was so disappointed as I had bought these for my mums birthday. Overall I’m very disappointed with the delivery and the quality

Flowers have been treated exactly how advised by the booklet, they have been very limp from delivery and still havent came back any

Nothing beats the ordering process quick and easy. In terms of the product was bitterly disappointed, bought for my girlfriend and the note wasn’t found in the box and did not look anything like the picture and contained minimal amounts of flowers

The image on the site and the actual product not look a like. The Flowers died after 2 days. I am not very impressed. I was expecting better quality.

Had your flowers before always delighted, ordered a plant as a little gift on on my sons engagement and was really disappointed, not like the picture at all, and expensive for what it is, I’m sure it will grow but wish I hadn’t ordered it as a gift

Flowers were fine but delivery poor. I wanted the flowers to be delivered for a special birthday but the parcel was sent to three depots before being received and delivered 24 hours late. Not sure I will be reordering from you.

So much for letterbox flowers! Order these flowers to go through the letter box and DPD leave then out next to the bin on a cold windy/rainy day! Shocking soak through box. Product was fine inside but still why order letterbox flowers for someone to be placed outside where no one knows they are there! Kind of takes away the suprise when you have to text the receiver to tell them their package is next to the bin. Romantic not...

I bought the kisses and roses flowers for my wife, these were illustrated by lovely arranged flowers., they were also supposed to arrive with chocolates. When they arrived through the letterbox I was somewhat susprised and disappointed. They were flat packed and the chocolates were not delivered. I contacted customer services who refunded the £6 for the chocolates. I was thereafter contacted asking how my experience was. I explained the situation and my disappointment that my planned valentines surprise was incredibly bad value and not at all close to what I could have bought at almost half the price from the main supermarkets. I hate to leave negative rebiews and would only do so when I feel so strongly so I apologise to Bloom and wild for this but it's my honest opinion of what was received as opposed to what was ordered and the complete lack of customer services attempting to rectify this.

I sent this order to myself before I sent one to a friend, I knew I would not be available so thought the letterbox idea was good. We have a regular letter box but the posty could not get the box through so we collected it the next day from the P Office. I cut the ends and put them in a jug of water I didn't have any flower food. the tulips did straighten up, the freesias came out the white sweet William heads were broken but what stayed on the stem came out but the golden rod (which I love) did not, and has now gone over and the pink foliage flower was dropping its leaves before I had a chance to put it in water! A shame to say I don't know the name of this foliage. I have been a florist for over 60 years and the person I would have sent them to is a younger florist than me!!

Hi there, I was really excited to use bloom and wild as I often wonder about Interflora dominance on the market and want to support other companies. That being said, I was disappointed overall with the service, not least because it was a gift to my mum for her birthday and my expectations were high. The card that accompanied the flowers unfortunately didn’t get edited correctly, despite there being an option to do so once order placed, and then my mum, who is very sustainably minded, said each head of the flower was individually wrapped in single use plastic. I knew the petals were protected but I didn’t realise it was in plastic. She was subsequently quite unimpressed with the flowers and so the whole Impact was lost. I’m not sure if I will use Bloom and Wild again, despite having a wonderful selection I think it’s not worth it given the details shared above. Thanks again, Beth

I was very dissatisfied with my order. While I appreciate that the flowers can turn up limp and there are instructions to follow days after they still looked like a five pound bunch from the supermarket. Both myself and my partner bought the same bouquet for different people and both were the same. I also requested for the delivery day to be on a Friday the only day my friend was off work (ordered Wednesday morning) they turned up early evening on the Saturday! Again not good enough.

My flowers were 2 days late and left on Shoreditch High Street where they were stolen. It took another 2 days to get the replacement delivery sent out to my client, and then they were sent to the wrong address.

Despite being a fist time customer the website insisted I was not and that I was not entitled to the new customer discount... then after my order emailed me saying thank you for "your first ever order"... Moonpig next time.

my granddaughter sent me some flowers. They were droopy on arrival. I did all the right things before putting them in water but they recovered very little & now only 2 days later are looking very sad. So disappointing.

I was'nt very impressed with the selection of flowers or the quantity . They did pick up when put into water but overall I don't think I will be using this service again.

I have always been impressed with the quality of the bouquet by Bloom & Wild and also had a gorgeous bouquet at Christmas. Therefore requested a 3 month subscription as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately was very disappointed with today’s bouquet - more foliage than flowers - with 3 enormous stalks of pine and gilded foliage - not really appropriate for a January bouquet?!

The blooms in question have not really developed into much more than greenery, which for me has been disappointing. The person they were sent to has been more generous and said they may be slow to shine. At this time I would be reluctant to order again, or would try the arranged option. On a good note, it was good to be able to arrange this order from my iPad as I am currently housebound recovering from recent surgery.

Ordered one of your Letterbox flowers for my sister ,knowing that if she had popped out and missed the delivery,it would still be put through the letterbox. But,I was wrong as the box would not fit through the letterbox and ended up being left a a Royal Mail depot,which meant my sister had to travel 30 miles to get the flowers! Not at all impressed and will not use you again!!
