I’ve recently received some flowers from my daughter for my anniversary from you and they didn’t last very long! I put it down to the hot weather and travelling by post .
I totally understand this.
But a few days ago I sent my other daughter some flowers for her 10th wedding anniversary to found out later that Royal Mail were striking on my delivery date and they would be delivered following day.
I was very surprised and disappointed by this, as I would have thought you would have checked this out!!
I have yet to hear from my daughter as of the condition of the flowers , but can only guess they were not good.
I feel very let down by this and can only say I might think twice in the future as to what company I choose!
I have used you many times in the past without problems.
