My delivery was meant to be delivered on Saturday so far on Wednesday it has still not arrived This is not acceptable they will probably be dead or in poor condition. Can you please let me know what you are going to do about this poor service. We are very disappointed that the flowers did not arrive on the correct day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 days in advance, for my flowers only to be delivered a day late. The flowers themselves are smaller than what I ordered, with weathered tired old roses! Absolutely horrible bunch of flowers with a rubbish service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered on Saturday. That didn't happen and to my knowledge they have still not arrived.

When flowers arrived there was only actually 3 flower heads in the arrangement, the rest of the box was foliage. Not at all what is depicted in the photos and a very sad and lonely looking arrangement to send out. Stunned that anyone would actually send that out.

The order went smooth but they had been squashed and some of the flowers had snapped . Arrived on time but won’t be using again , they have already gone in the bin sadly only lasted 3 days

I have had a few deliveries as gifts over the past years.unfortunately they do not improve as the flowers are mainly foliage.will definitely never recommend Bloom and Wild for value.

The flowers I ordered for Molly arrived a day late and were all dead inside the box - she was very upset and I was so annoyed and embarrassed I complained by email and had no response Very poor service £40 for dead sunflowers shocking. Jenny-wren Price

Really disappointed in the quality, have used Bloom&Wild before and the flowers were OK, but this bunch are terrible. Cheap looking daisies that look more like weeds, and they've started to brown and die before the gladioli have opened. By the time the other flowers have opened, the filler flowers will be dead and need to be removed, leaving a sad bunch of lonely gladioli. These were a gift and the recipient is disappointed, and I'm embarrassed to have sent such a poor gift. 0/10, definitely won't be a repeat customer.

Flowers arrived 3 days late and were quite simply dead. Customer service was good with a no quibble refund, but I’d changed allegiance from my normal supplier to order with Bloom & Wild for the first time as I’d heard good things, so I was disappointed, particularly as it was for a very special occasion.

The website says; "Happiness guaranteed." Sadly that's just not the case. I placed an order on the 11th of July to arrive on the 17th, my daughter's birthday. That wasn't possible, nor was the 16th. The earliest was the 15th. They arrived on the 14th, three days before her special day. I also ordered the Cocktails for two. I was informed that was discontinued after the 16th. But as the flowers wouldn't arrive til the 15th at the earliest, I assumed this add on would be included. Alas it wasn't. I was offered some chocolates with the order as a consolation gift. The company blamed Royal Mail. If your special occasion is on a Sunday or Monday, and the postcode starts with IV, you can forget it. Such a shame as the flowers are beautiful. The whole process was beset with so many problems, I'll be reluctant to use them again.

Disappointed in most recent order. Should have arrived on Saturday, but actually arrived on Monday. Weren’t put through letter box but instead left outside in an already opened box that ended up getting covered with ants. Once box properly opens, found four stems were damaged. Some flowers are yet to properly open whilst others are already dying, I assume because of the two extra days they were left in the box. Appreciate most of the issue is down to Royal Mail, but perhaps Bloom and Wild should consider an alternative courier if their current one can’t fulfil the 24 hour supposed delivery guarantee. Ultimately ended up being a very poor birthday gift for my wife and supermarket flowers purchased by other people look far nicer.

Really disappointed with the quality of flowers that were delivered. As you can see what I ordered was nothing like the photo. Hardly any flowers. Do not use this company a complete rip off.

Most of the stems (alstromerias and carnations) seems to be still in buds, which explains why the bouquet doesn't look like the website picture just yet. The buds should bloom in a couple of days , which will give a much fuller aspect to the bouquet. Would have had a zero rating due to the tone of a reply to my complaint on non delivery. My last two orders have either been delivered to the wrong address or not delivered the day after due date. Won't be ordering again.

Really disappointed with the flowers you sent, didn’t look anything like your picture of The Millie very sparse and some bent and dead foliage. I have had your flowers before and mine was very beautiful. Flowers died 2 days later this is the first time I've had a problem, it's sad as the lady I sent them too had just had to deliver her daughter sleeping. I am so dissapointed as I recieved flowers from you a few days earlier and there still beautiful. Hope you can look into this for me I would be very grateful. Thank you .

I recently had placed an order for a work colleague birthday flower, unfortunately the flowers were extremly dull + there was no birthday card attached to let ger know that it was dent by her work colleagues, despite of mentinong it on the order. Extremely disappointed with yhe service.

The flowers arrived for my friends birthday and did not look like the flowers that were promoted on the website. Less flowers and now after a few days the flowers have already started to wilt a petals are already falling off. I’ve contacted customer services on the 24th and am still waiting for a response.
