Flowers arrived 3 days late and were quite simply dead.
Customer service was good with a no quibble refund, but I’d changed allegiance from my normal supplier to order with Bloom & Wild for the first time as I’d heard good things, so I was disappointed, particularly as it was for a very special occasion.
