The website says; "Happiness guaranteed." Sadly that's just not the case. I placed an order on the 11th of July to arrive on the 17th, my daughter's birthday. That wasn't possible, nor was the 16th. The earliest was the 15th. They arrived on the 14th, three days before her special day. I also ordered the Cocktails for two. I was informed that was discontinued after the 16th. But as the flowers wouldn't arrive til the 15th at the earliest, I assumed this add on would be included. Alas it wasn't. I was offered some chocolates with the order as a consolation gift. The company blamed Royal Mail. If your special occasion is on a Sunday or Monday, and the postcode starts with IV, you can forget it. Such a shame as the flowers are beautiful. The whole process was beset with so many problems, I'll be reluctant to use them again.

Sending dead flowers to a sick relative was not what I intended!! I would not recommend your company to anyone…

Disappointed in most recent order. Should have arrived on Saturday, but actually arrived on Monday. Weren’t put through letter box but instead left outside in an already opened box that ended up getting covered with ants. Once box properly opens, found four stems were damaged. Some flowers are yet to properly open whilst others are already dying, I assume because of the two extra days they were left in the box. Appreciate most of the issue is down to Royal Mail, but perhaps Bloom and Wild should consider an alternative courier if their current one can’t fulfil the 24 hour supposed delivery guarantee. Ultimately ended up being a very poor birthday gift for my wife and supermarket flowers purchased by other people look far nicer.

Really disappointed with the quality of flowers that were delivered. As you can see what I ordered was nothing like the photo. Hardly any flowers. Do not use this company a complete rip off.

Most of the stems (alstromerias and carnations) seems to be still in buds, which explains why the bouquet doesn't look like the website picture just yet. The buds should bloom in a couple of days , which will give a much fuller aspect to the bouquet. Would have had a zero rating due to the tone of a reply to my complaint on non delivery. My last two orders have either been delivered to the wrong address or not delivered the day after due date. Won't be ordering again.

Really disappointed with the flowers you sent, didn’t look anything like your picture of The Millie very sparse and some bent and dead foliage. I have had your flowers before and mine was very beautiful. The flowers was delivered on sat 3rd June and I saw them on Mon 5th would like to speak with a member of your team I tried to call but very busy thank you Mrs Taylor

Flowers died 2 days later this is the first time I've had a problem, it's sad as the lady I sent them too had just had to deliver her daughter sleeping. I am so dissapointed as I recieved flowers from you a few days earlier and there still beautiful. Hope you can look into this for me I would be very grateful. Thank you .

I recently had placed an order for a work colleague birthday flower, unfortunately the flowers were extremly dull + there was no birthday card attached to let ger know that it was dent by her work colleagues, despite of mentinong it on the order. Extremely disappointed with yhe service.

The flowers arrived for my friends birthday and did not look like the flowers that were promoted on the website. Less flowers and now after a few days the flowers have already started to wilt a petals are already falling off. I’ve contacted customer services on the 24th and am still waiting for a response.

Awful flowers delivered! Lovely service but they don't communicate. They did replace them but not with what was requested and all dying. Better buying in the supermarkets. Dont waste your money as you will be let down

This will be the second and last time I will be ordering from Bloom & Wild. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my parents 41st Wedding Anniversary & paid for courier delivery to ensure that they arrived on a Saturday. For some odd reason, the courier that has delivered to them countless times before said that they couldn't find the address so the flowers arrived the next day, which was past the special occasion I intended them for. Not only were the completely dehydrated and drooping because they had zero water unlike other florists I have used in the past, but the supposed £55 bouquet looked nothing like the image I had selected them from, and were very poor to say the least. Whilst I realise that Bloom & Wild state on their website that the flowers are often delivered in bud, even when they are in bloom they will in no way reflect the image on their website or the amount of hard earned money spent. Very disappointed and will instead direct my money to local independent florists.

I found the bouquet to be very disappointing. They were part of a gift for my mother's 90th birthday. It was very small and certainly had fewer flowers than I expected in comparison to the picture. My initial plan was to set up an ongoing subscription for my mother which I will do, but not with B+W.

I ordered flowers paid extra for delivery date they didn’t arrive on that date then said they had been delivered the following day when they hadn’t it turned out they had delivered it to the wrong address and left them outside on the street lucky they weren’t stolen and there where ants all over the box shocking response to my complaint I wouldn’t recommend you use this company very poor customer service and for what I paid for the flowers they weren’t what I expected for what I paid you didn’t get a lot stay clear off you don’t want to get disappointed

I have to say I was really disappointed how the flowers looked, I understand they are sleepy until watered but truly they do not look at all like on the picture advertised. Really upset and I have emailed but the email was returned. I would actually like a refund to be honest.
