When the flowers turned up some of the leaves were dead and the flowers seem dry. Really disappointed as they were an anniversary gift.

I ordered 'The Jeanie' bouquet as a gift and was extremely disappointed, the bouquet that arrived was nothing like the pictures advertised. On complaining to Bloom and Wild they did deliver a replacement bouquet, 'The Scottie', but unfortunately the roses wilted the next day. Overall, I definitely wouldn't order again from here, use a local florist instead.

Flowers did not arrive on time despite bold claims on website, missing the recipients birthday. Patronising response when I complained about this.

Just tried to make a very large order, the person could not take payment as he couldn’t access the procedure, transferred me to another rep who was worse, then had a recorded message to ring back. This happened twice and made me feel insecure that the system was not safe. It used to be a pleasure ordering from you but this has been s nightmare and very disappointing.

The flowers which were Fiona looked absolutely nothing like the photo on the website so disappointed also delivered on the wrong day When I complained Kieron just said give them 24 hours how he expected them to look like the website photo is unbelievable £36 wasted sadly will never use Bloom and Wild again

I picked this company as it came up when I searched for 'local deliveries' but it turned out not to be local to me. I booked a flower delivery date (for my friend's 'birthday') a number of days ahead of her special day - but after payment completed received the message saying that the delivery is likely to be on time but could arrive the next day :-/ - which was the case for me, the flowers were a day late and missed the birthday. When they arrived - though the website warns they may be buds and just need water to spring to life, having been an extra 24 hours in transit, the flowers were really squashed, mishapen and looked very tatty. Overall, very disappointed with the service and found it particularly poor value for money. Would not recommend.

I received some flowers recently which were very sparse and cheap roses were used that did not open, this isn’t the first time this has happened. I ordered some flowers for my daughter for Valentine’s Day which again very sparse, broken filler flower and foliage and flowers over in a few days. I will not use again. Your flower are not cheap either!!

We recently purchased some flowers for my mother’s birthday. The photo online was very far from what was received. The photo included berries within the bouquet and multiple variation of flowers, however when we received the bunch it was sparse and terrible value for money. The quality of the flowers was very poor and not a replication of the photo shown on the website. We have purchased from your website before and have been thrilled with what was received, however this time it was incredibly disappointing.

I had a surprise Letterbox delivery in December the flowers were literally wilted and followed instructions place in water with flower feed they will bounce back no they didn't !! Didn't have the heart to tell the sender how bad they were.I would not recommend Bloom and wild so dissatisfied!

The flowers were left on the ground outside at my elderly, very poorly and frail Mother's house. It was a very heavy frost and they were left in the dark to die. Instead of cheering my Mum up (she had just got out of hospital), it made her cry. I told customer services who offered a replacement which has yet to appear. My Mum has been watching out for them for four days and asked her carer to place her by the cold window all day.

Ordering and delivery excellent but I’m sorry to say the flowers were very very disappointing. Quite honestly a waste of £25 and has definitely put me off ordering in future

Received box, ok. Was very disappointed when I started to try to put it together. What a job, sounded so easy on the instructions. There was a plastic tube inside, no mention what todo with it, as it was not round but oval. The instructions said the bowl should be round, there was no way the 'bowl was going to be round. Sorry, but gave up. Never again.,

Absolute rip off. Cheaper to buy in supermarket. I have always used bloom and wild but won’t be in the future. The quality of this product was exceptionally poor - certainly not worth the £35 price tag. SHOCKING !!!

Sadly the flowers arrived followed instructions but 4 of the flower stems failed to open also one stem had no flowers just the stem Extremely disappointed

I specifically needed those flowers to arrive on the Monday and they didn’t arrive until Wednesday night, no refund offered even though I needed them for the Monday. Not happy with the service at all and wouldn’t use again.

Terrible service Beautiful pink vase arrived cracked asked for a replacement several times with no reply. Result was flowers that were dead as water had leaked from the vase
