Flowers were fine , really disappointed they were thrown quite a distance over the gate ! Not even placed just launched !

Very disappointed with the delayed delivery. Over a week passed estimated delivery date. Which clearly isn’t good when they were for a particular occasion. Very happy my order was refunded in a credit however.

Ordering was simple and delivery on time BUT the flowers had a “bad egg” smell to them and unfortunately they barely lasted 3 days … I changed the water daily in the hope that might help but sadly it didn’t. This was my first time ordering from Bloom & Wild although I won’t be ordering again.

I gave instructions to leave flowers outside which you didn’t follow, therefore my ill friend had to go and collect her flowers. Not what I had in mind, wouldn’t order from you again.

Big problem I ordered letterbox Flowers for my sister in law’s birthday and the postman would not deliver them through the letter box ! Then the went back to the post office to cut a long story short they were delivered 4days later and look dead by the pictures she has sent me. They both work so letterbox presents seem a good idea, due to their working hours post office collection wasn’t in there non working hours.

I ordered a pineapple plant for my mother's 63rd birthday. When the plant arrived the head of the plant rolled out of the box. Customer services were fantastic and sent a replacement out. However, that arrived a day late after being promised for next day delivery. Again when it arrived the head of the plant was detached. Personal, I would suggest repacking the pineapple plants. They arrive with cardboard around the head of the plant (Which is very top-heavy). You need to pack around the entirety of the plant and not just the head. 2 pineapple plants down, and I got a full refund. That says it all!!!! Customer services were fantastic they would get 5 stars. The delivery and package get the 2 stars

Initial box bouquet very poor, blooms small and green dry and aged! Tulips still had bulbs attached with no flowers to stalks ! Complained and another box was sent which was better but sadly the moment had passed and the surprise gone

I’ve ordered from B&W before and the flowers were lovely and fresh this order came for my Mums 87th birthday and was a bit disappointed as the flowers were not fresh and looked like they had been sitting for a few days in the package before arriving some of the bulbs were broken and they have not lasted very long at all. It was terribly disheartening since it was for a special occasion and my Mum loves flowers

Ordered for a friend who was ill and needed cheering up. Flowers were delivered 3 days late and my friend had gotten over her illness. Poor service.

I was a bit disappointed by my order having spent £60 on “The Blake”. A few stems were already dead and some more were removed the bunch within 2 days of delivery. Have previously use B&W for flowers in ~£30 range and been really happy so was underwhelmed by something costing double the price.

I got sent some flowers for my 30th from my son, my husband organised them and I’m really not impressed with the quality. I love bloom and wild (and still do) but disappointed as your quality is always top notch!

Ordered flowers for a friend, but approx. 1/3 were dead on arrival. Apparently she then had good customer service though and is expecting a replacement bouquet

I bought the £50 Ezra hand tied bouquet for my wife's 50th birthday and when I opened the nice big box to take the flowers out, I thought there had been a mistake. The bouquet looked very lonely in one corner of the box. Unless there are a couple of rare orchids in the bouquet it is the most over priced bunch of flowers I have ever seen. I bought a bouquet from a local florist (in a posh Oxfordshire town, so already premium price)for £35 a couple of weeks ago and it was almost twice the size. I'm particularly disappointed as I have bought several bouquets from Bloom& Wild in the past and was impressed with them, although that was at least a couple of years ago. The drive to maximise profits going to far maybe?

My first 2 orders of plants in pots were good. Plant were fresh and green, no complaints. However, my last order of bouquet of roses and some greens is really disappointing. There is a black mold on eucalyptus, some roses have dead heads (so they won’t bloom because there is already damaged near the flower head)… flowers were so tightly pressed in the package that they died before unpacking. Overall it seems that it was stored in some storage for a while… not fresh at all.

Disappointing to receive an email the day of delivery and after receiving the dispatch email to say that there had been a problem and flowers wouldn't arrive as expected. I'd paid for guaranteed delivery which although refunded, no other compensation was offered. This makes me reluctant to use them again

Ordered as a birthday present to arrive the day before, the flowers were delivered two days after this making them late for the birthday and quite clearly looking worse for wear….. Honestly really upset as this was a present for my 70 year old Aunt who lives alone and I wasn’t able to be there on her birthday.
