Ordered as a birthday present to arrive the day before, the flowers were delivered two days after this making them late for the birthday and quite clearly looking worse for wear…..
Honestly really upset as this was a present for my 70 year old Aunt who lives alone and I wasn’t able to be there on her birthday.
