Not happy with this order. Royal Mail messed it up and delivered a day late. Flowers not looking good after 24 hours. It was for a special birthday and not flowers not at there best. Always been good before. On box it said tracked 24 hours but took 4 days.

Had a refund because the lady I sent them to said she at to call you they were all broken don’t no how long it will take for refund til I look at my bank statement

The ordering process was smooth and I received a confirmation of delivery email with a photograph., confirming next day delivery as requested. After a couple of days I was concerned that I had not heard from my friends. It transpired that while the photograph showed that the courier had obviously rung the apartment block bell, upon not receiving a response, rather than returning another day , or leaving a card saying where the delivery had been left, dumped the goods in a near by bush . The flowers and chocolates that were meant to be a surprise turned into a “hunt” for my friends and the gift once foundp did not look good having been outside over night in the heavy frost and rain. All in all very disappointing, and the experience rather than being pleasurable for my friends was rather stressful, and left me feeling embarrassed .

Ordered two letterbox deliveries, meant to be delivered yesterday. Royal mail were a day late and Bloom and Wild's own delivery service still haven't delivered.

Delivery was two days late and the tracking stopped working so didn’t say it had been delivered when it had. Also no email confirmation to say once it had been delivered so only knew when the recipient told me.

Have ordered a few bouquets from Bloom and Wild, this one arrived and started to die quickly, even husband commented about the quality when they arrived. I dismissed this as I thought they would Bloom, they never did. Lasted no more than a few days before Roses bent over and dropped petals. Unfortunately outwith 72hours to send photo. Really disappointed this time around. Second time for me now. Dumped at day 5 as bouquet looked shabby without the roses.

Delivery was super quick but the flowers did not open except 1 and there was very little smell at all from any item. Water changed as per instructions. Photo taken 8 days after delivery.

not enough space! 3 snapdragons dead, 1 broken stem 2 alstroemeria's recovered, the flowers were bedraggled but hey-ho the roses are lovely. I do know what I should do, once a florist. my daughter-in-law sent them, although photo's were taken, my husband could not send them. what a shame, nice mix, have had loads of flowers sent in various ways over the years, but none were like these, the packing-without moisture for the stems-well, the poor things did not have a good journey. Sorry

Nice packaging but the flowers themselves arrived quite droopy. It’s day 3 now and they haven’t picked up. Disappointed in the product’s quality. Would not recommend unfortunately. Thank you.

Had a delivery from a friend of the Festive pick arrangement opened it straight away and the freesia was completely limp and looked dead , also it states there should be berries in the bouquet but none at all , really not impressed , I’ve had many bouquets before from other companies and never been disappointed but they really don’t look much in the vase and really bad that not all flowers were included

The system to order the flowers is fine, however execution of delivery, feedback, and corrective action is at best described as poor. The order was placed on a Monday for Wednesday delivery. Delivery was by courier for which extra was paid. The carrier failed to perform, and delivery was effected on the Thursday. Clearly your Procurement function needs to have discussions with the carrier, and monitor performance. As a User I would expect a refund for late delivery. Sorry, but as a company there is a long way to go with processes.

The Poinsettia letterbox plant. Delivered promptly, looked gorgeous. However within a week two of the three plants are on their last legs and I've had to repot them all and give much tlc.

Ordered the Starry Night Tree as a gift and the recipient thanked me for the surprise wonky tree, and I thought it was a joke but it was not; fortunately, she likes the tree. However, I did not pay for a wonky tree and informed Bloom & Wild online with a photo, and they have said they will report the issue to the Flower studio and offered to send another tree and a voucher, which is very fair. I am holding my breath for the second tree!

I bought the starry night tiny Christmas tree and some of the decorations are missing - including the star for the top :( Looking at other peoples reviews and pictures I think I’ve just had bad luck as theirs all look as per the picture on the site.

I found the ordering of flowers simple which was good, but my friend who I sent flowers toSent me a photograph of her flowers in her own vase and I was very disappointed to find they weren’t Nearly as nice as the picture. I do understand that arrangement is important but her picture I received was a disappointment

Never had a problem before but on this occasion flowers were delivered late. Received an email to confirm delivery on the intended date, only for it to be recalled and flowers subsequently arrived a day later than intended. Therefore missed an important family birthday. Disappointing having always had good service beforehand

Disappointed. Delivery arrived a day later than expected. On arrival the flowers, alstroemerias were wilted and some flower heads broken, all 5 roses + their foliage were very sad, 3 have subsequently passed their best after 2 days, the stocks were squashed, and the limonium flowers are very dry. As said in the packaging, your flowers are sleeping, this was very true. I followed the instructions to revive them but after 2 days the bunch is now starting to look past it’s best.

I had been recommended to use Bloom and Wild , so to thank my mum I sent her a postal order of flowers through B&W , Cost £31.00, but with the discount code £21.00 but when they arrived my mum was pleased but the flowers did not quite look the same as the original picture on the web site, so a little disappointed on the quality , the quick service was brilliant , but not sure if I would want to risk it again for the cost they are sorry :(
