So disappointed with the delivery. I ordered flowers for my Mothers last Sunday for delivery on her birthday on the following Thursday. Despite plenty of ordering time they failed to arrive until the Friday. I felt awful on the day. Wouldn’t order again in fear of them not arriving again, I shall still to a local florist delivery!

I’ve used Bloom and Wild several time for gifts for my friends. However, we have just moved home and I had decided to treat myself to the dried posy collection. Delivery was quick but the dried flowers were awful, they looked dead not dried and the majority of them had been squashed and crumbled in the box. I complained to Bloom & Wild and they quickly gave me credit on my account. This is a nice gesture but I would have preferred a refund, as I was wanted something that would last and I don’t feel confident enough to order any dried flowers now.

Ordered some flowers recently for my sister and was disappointed, they were full of foliage but not many actual flowers. This is second time so maybe time to look elsewhere 🤔

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law’s birthday and was with her when they arrived. We laughed at the mean looking bouquet so I showed her a picture of what I had ordered - The Big Autumn Foliage - and assured her that in a few days time her flowers would look as good. Sadly this never happened. There was an abundance of eucalyptus and hardly any flowers. The whole thing looked scruffy. Most unlike my previous purchases.

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers within 10 days, the first arrived 3 days late and the second arrived 1 day late. Not sure I will use Bloom and Wild again

“The Big Peace Lily” ☹️ This was a treat to myself and I was super excited when it arrived. I followed all the care instructions and it was dead in a week! I’m a bit annoyed as it was quite expensive.

I loved this company to begin with but over the last year the quality of the flowers has been so much less reliable I stopped sending them as gifts. I recently decided to get give them one more try and bought a houseplant for myself. Less than a week later, one leaf has already fallen off and two others are developing brown spots too. I am waiting for the company to respond to the email i sent them about this. I wouldn’t recommend the company at present as they appear to be struggling to get good quality products.

The ordering process was ok, but delivery was extremely poor, I ordered the flowers to be delivered the day before a birthday, they arrived a day late and not until late in the evening, very disappointed.

Although I paid £93 for massively important flowers …….that never arrived despite numerous promises to the contrary, I am only being reimbursed with £83.70. For those 2 reasons alone, please do NOT contact me or any of my family/friends in the future!

Flowers didn't arrive on the date arranged (Fri), despite receiving an email on the day saying they were about to be delivered. There was no explanation as to why this happened, nor any update on the order itself. I had to re-arrange for a second delivery slot myself, the earliest of which I could get was Tuesday. A real shame bearing in mind these were a birthday gift for the Friday.

Flowers are beautiful but really disappointed - I ordered a week in advance to come on a Saturday because it is the only time the recipient would be home. They came on the monday and might be dead by the time the recipient is back at home. Wish I could have given a positive review.

The order experience was good but the delivery was not good. I left a note to say that if they were not in, leave it round the back. It arrived on Saturday and was left with the neighbour. However I was told that it arrived on Sunday morning. So when my relative got the flowers, they were not in a good state and I paid an extra £10 for the delivery to avoid this sort of thing. Really disappointed, won’t be using it again.

There was no card in the box. Our recipient did not know who sent them!! Shame as the flowers were lovely

The flowers I ordered (the Isla, hand tied flowers) were on the basis of the photo on your website, it was only after they had been delivered that I was made aware that the flowerers sent were still buds, and that they will take time to open up. There was no mention of this to on your website next to the photo, so I was unaware when asking the order. These flowers cost me just shy of £50.00, so i was expecting more than buds. As a suggestion maybe you could put on two photographs side-by-side - one showing how the flowers will look on delivery and another as to how they should look in 5-7 days time. This would enable people to make an informed choice about what they are paying for. As it happened, these flowers for someone who had lost their mother-in-law - and I wanted something really special and in full bloom.

My flowers were delivered, but put behind bins with no notification and my friend found them 48 hours later when putting bin out ☹️

HI, Arrived a day late on your 24hr delivery due to royal mail sending to wrong depot ,did not put through letterbox left outside box slightly squashed flowers rather droopy and do not look like ones we ordered,not impressed with quality or delivery,recipient sent pictures,tried to copy and send to you, to no avail at moment,if I knew what I am doing it would help not computer savvy in that regard, if you require photos I`ll have to try harder.

Have ordered previously from Bloom and Wils and flowers have always been exceptional, however this bouquet was disappointing three stems were broken!
