The flowers did not arrive - they said they where unable to post it through I had already checked that they would fit due to work schedules it was 3 days before they could be collected this is why I used your service for letter box flowers :(

Poor quality (mouldy and rotten stems) but Bloom & Wild replaced the bouquet immediately. The replacement was better but less than perfect, some of the roses were past their best and the sunflowers were starting to rot. As a convenient option, full marks, but I paid a lot of money for a wedding anniversary bouquet that didn't satisfy. We'd need to think carefully about what flowers were ordered next time...

The flowers arrived at the end of the day, having been out of water in the back of a van for all that time. They have rallied after being put in a vase, but the first appearance was pretty dismal, with floppy stems & a number of lost flowers which hadn’t survived the journey. Wasn’t really the quality I expected for the price & I wouldn’t rush to order again

Delivery was 2 days late and no email updates! Lovely flowers but will be shopping elsewhere in future due to not being delivered on time!!

Our Royal Mail free delivered is not guaranteed so it can take up to two days to deliver, but if you pop us an email at hello@bloomandwild.com we would love to pop you a credit so that you can try DPD guaranteed delivery on us if you ever decide to trust us again.

Im sorry to write this review. I had placed an order for flowers as a treat for my birthday and order some for my sisters birthday coming up, I only hope and pray that hers is better. I should have taken a photo but I had hoped they would revive some of the stalks were broken, some were mouldy but I thought its only to be expected haven't had them 5 days the leaves are falling off the roses, some of the snap dragons are dead already so I am disappointed this time and don't know if I will order again

Anna flowers were really nice when they arrived but they were late and so missed the point. Paid for guaranteed delivery on my 10th wedding anniversary between 8am and 12pm on Friday 6th August and they arrived on Saturday 7th August around 3pm. Won't be using you again as I can't rely on you.

We have had flowers from here before and they were great but this time was a disappointment. On opening the box some of the flower were damaged. We hoped over the next couple of day they might pick up but as you can see in the photo, two days after delivery the damaged flowers are as good as dead. Today being the fifth day and the rest are looking tired. This was a sorry looking and disappointing order.

First order didn’t arrive on time, was supposed to arrive on mums birthday which is the whole point of a flower delivery but it didn’t. Should’ve been delivered at least a day early to prevent potential problems like this and make sure the flowers are there on the day they’re meant to be. Disappointed.

Ever so sorry to hear that your blooms have not arrived on time! We do try to advise that our Royal Mail free delivery is 95% assured to arrive on time but every now and then it may arrive a day later which is why we recommend our DPD guaranteed delivery for special occasions. I do hope the recipient was able to enjoy their blooms when they arrived :)

The flowers were really lovely. But they were not delivered on the day I needed them to be, our anniversary. Instead the day after which completely ruined the occasion. Yes there was an apology and refund for the guaranteed delivery I paid for but that's not the point, the importance is knowing with certainty that flowers will arrive on the day of the special occasion. I relied on the 'guaranteed delivery date' to my detriment and was left red faced explaining to my wife what had happened.

Three days after the expected delivery date and, despite sending emails to B&W, I still have no idea if my flowers have been delivered. All I do know is that the flowers were not delivered on the date requested. I’ve been told that B&W are trying to find out what has happened from the driver. Disappointingly inefficient for B&W.

Very pleased with the speed of the delivery but the flowers looked nothing like those I ordered from the photo on the website apart from the colour .There was lots of statice instead of the flowers shown .Very disappointed and won't use again ,sorry.

I’m afraid the quality of the flowers was appalling. Bloom and wild were professional and offered a replacement but whilst they looked better ( the first bunch looked like it had been thrashed about) the second bunch died very quickly and had two stems of flowers that never burst open. Too expensive for the quality received.

Did not arrive on the day of asking and it was hottest day of year so very concerned that flowers would not arrive in good condition, if needing delivery on a certain day this is not the company to use

I ordered a 3 month subscription, 1st one was as expected, but the 2nd delivery I was very disappointed as there was not much in the box, I could have got the same locally for a fraction of cost, very disappointed with this batch.

Flowers were OK but bad value for money. I ordered them for a wedding, so needed them on the day they arrived and in good order, which I think is often the case for flower orders. One of the stems was broken when it arrived. The customer care team responded promptly which was good, but it's sort of too late to really fix it then as I needed the flowers that day or the next.

Ordered succulents for my son’s birthday yesterday! Disaster!! Arrived battered in box, loose with all contents in a mess!! Having been a frequent customer for flowers I am stunned that I’ve been let down this time!

Very disappointing,, I have put in a complaint, awaiting a reply Sunday. I sent some birthday flowers they were broken and half of them were droopy snd dead. Very poor quality , very embarrassing .
