“BES were the cheapest place I could find selling a replacement Drayton digital thermostat, so I was a little suspicious about quality & service. But the item was perfect, arrived in good time and I only had to pay after I was invoiced, fantastic.”

“I was very impressed with the whole BES experience. The ordering stage was simple and easy to do, an acknowledgement arrived very quickly swiftly followed by another giving the next day delivery date. The goods were delivered before 9.00am. I would not hesitate to heartily recommend BES and will be using them again.”

“Brought a new door for our gas meter. It arrived next day and fits perfectly! The website was very well laid out and I particularly found the customer Q&A helpful when deciding what door I needed. “I have been very happy with the service up till now. However, on the last order I had four items and on line I was told the immersion heater was not in stock. I phoned and was told stock had just come in and if I ordered it would all be shipped that afternoon. When the order came, the Surrey Flange I ordered had not been sent as it was not it stock and would be sent on later. I waited a week for this item to come. Could job I had not stripped the old tank out. Having said all that, generally the service is very good.”
