Last delivery I got incorrect regulators, this current delivery still has not arrived and I ordered it last week

Like the curate's egg. Some good, some bad. It would have saved an exchange of emails if the listing for the ring had included the information that the mounting rod size is M10. Did you delay the dispatch day to Thursday because I had put down Friday for the day of delivery? I had allowed 3 days because I know deliveries to NE Scotland rarely (Except Royal Mail, who often deliver parcels earlier than they predict) take less than that. You provide a large space for delivery instructions, but only allow very few letters to be typed in the space.The courier you use is not up to the job. They did not look at the delivery instructions you gave them. They then sent out a driver who clearly does not know the English language very well. When he eventually came, after you had contacted the courier because he had failed to deliver the parcel when I was in the house less than 7 feet from where he was expected to deliver it, (he came back late in the evening), he did not come to the back door to knock or ring, but stood several yards away calling out "hello" only just loud enough to be heard above the television. He looked very confused. On the plus side what I have received is just as I expected it to be, your response to my email request about the rod size was prompt and to the point and the person on the phone who dealt with the failed delivery was polite, helpful and did his job spot-on.

The product is exactly how discribed and is great 5 stars - however i have reduce this to 3 stars due to the delivery experience. The package ( which is not lightweight) was left outside the front gate, with no attempt to ring the bell or knock the door. My partner was at home but she had no way of moving the item to a safer place - I would have expected a better from the driver, especially as it was private residenace

Each part had one compression nut missing and the corresponding olive. Wasn’t worth asking for then. To be sent separately so I got them from another supplier .

Hi Mark Jones, thank you for your feedback. BES are based in Birmingham, West Midlands and so we state on our website that deliveries to the north of Scotland will take 2-3 days. Delivery company let you down, so often this company says it attempted to deliver when that is not the case as in this instance. Plumber now can't fit it until next week.

Hi John Lewis, Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. Please note that you will NOT lose out. Kane appreciate that when BES buy their analysers that they may not be sold immediately, therefore some shelf life is required when it comes to calibration. When it is time to calibrate your analyser, you will need to include a copy of your BES invoice, which will show the date of your purchase. Kane will then calibrate for 12 months, but only charge you for 9 months (or reimburse you for the 3 months if you pay in full via their website). It is no trouble for BES to provide a copy invoice at any point, should you not be able to find it when the time comes. We hope that this reassures you. Regards, BES

The last few deliveries have failed to be deivered on the prommised day, let allone the paid delivery early time. The reason we use BES, is nor because of price, many items are significantly more expensive that the competition, but the reliability of delivery. This has significantly deteriated over the last couple of monts to be compleatly unreliable. Because of this, we are foced to use other suppliers that are more reliable for emergency deliveryies. Verry dissapinting, concidering the faultless reliability of the past.

Ive used BES for 20 years. Unfortunately of late the postage isn't much good anymore and lots of parts take longer to arrive as they were always next day.

We are surprised to hear as our metrics are operating as per usual, 90-95% success for next day delivery. Re. your latest order placed on 20th April, it was split into 4 parcels and your confirmation email stated "weight & size restrictions, some delivery options might not be available". unfortunatley this tank is not as flexable as it needs to be can just fold in the top slightley but cant fit it through a hatch smaller than the bottom , its rigid .

The products were okay but very poor delivery.I wasted my time waiting the delivery. The driver never tried to do delivery .He just uploaded a picture of backside of building and I received a email that they missed me and needs to go to pick up my parcel 30 minutes away from my address. I went to pick up and the shopkeeper didn't want to give me my order because he said is not coming in app and other time I need to pay a fee to pick up. I am sorry to write that but this is realty.

Misleading website - ended up ordering the wrong pump and accessories - twice ! Customer service was helpful in returning the order and advising on a better choice. However despite being offerered free postage on an order over £100 this payment was still applied. Clearly some room for improvement !

Excellent delivery, really good and responsive website but buy cheap but twice! 2/3rds of the connections i purchased leak , come apart under 3 bar pressure and had to be replaced with Plasson parts. I would not recommend these cheaper parts to any body ever

Rather than the matching Pipestock stiffeners that we stock and are designed for the fittings you have purchased. This will almost certainly explain the leaks you experienced

Parts sent swiftly and good quality. Problem was I ordered 2 solvent weld swept bends which were not sent. I contacted BES and advised and a pair of bends were sent out again very swiftly. But instead of receiving the ordered bends I was sent a pair of 90o bends which were push fit. Gave up and went elsewhere.

Constantly being pestered to leave reviews by BES on every order my company place, just because my email is the registered point of contact. No idea if this part is any good, no idea on the quality, delivery status, packaging or anything. I'm just someone in the office thats been asked to order this. No point sending me review emails every order as I have no idea what the quality or reliability is like. Only thing I can comment on is how easy/straight forward it is to place an order and the price is normally cheaper than alternative suppliers.
