I am a regular customer not very good service when collecting goods at the trade counter many times i hva been waiting up to hours also no washroom facilities. Need to have vending machines access to hot beverage.

Regarding our 'collection point' we have made the area as comfortable as possible with the physical space that we have on site. However, we take on board your comments and we will further explore your suggestions. Please note that all collections are ready within 30 minutes, this allows the required time for processing and picking from our vast warehouse that stores the huge BES product range. Regards, BES

company is ok but delivery courier DPD were shocking. Refused to deliver item unless I opened front door to take photo-no thanks. Left message saying I was out and couldn't deliver item. phoned BES and asked for refund on item - not their fault just let down by usuless courier service

Hi Colin Yates, thank you for your feedback. A photograph of the successfully delivered parcel has become standard practice for most couriers to help prevent disputes between customers, businesses and couriers (when a signature is not required). On the whole this process works for most people. Of course we will process your refund once the goods are returned, given your courier was unable to deliver on this occasion. Regards, BES

Ordered 4 items, 2 arrived but 2 were to follow, nothing mentioned on order had to phone to find out the items won’t be shipped for another 2 weeks. Not BES usual standard. Not really acceptable.

The product was good and the firm dispatched the goods on time. However the courier that they chose to use let them down. Delivery was due on Tuesday but was not delivered until late afternoon on Wednesday.

The company have a impressive range of products and the delivery is super fast. However, if you only want something costing 50 pence with no urgency , The delivery cost is still £4.95 plus vat. A shame really , I will look elsewhere until such time as I need other items to make thedelivery charge worth while.

After consulting our customers the overwhelming response was that they needed tracking on their deliveries with excellent communications throughout the delivery process. We achieve this using carriers that are experts in their field and of course that service incurs a cost. Please note that we provide FREE delivery for ALL orders over £50. The people on helpline are great...and the prices...pity I have to talk to customer service so much because the website is prehistoric. I have trade friends who won't buy bes because of this

Only made a few orders with BES and was very satisfied with the products and service until my last order. Completed ordr on Sunday evening and should have had Tuesday delivery, didnt arrive. when it hadn't arrived by late Wednesday I sent them an e-mail to find out what had happened. An hour later received emails from them confirming despatch. Sorted. But there was acknolagement that I'd e-mailed them and no apology for delays. Poor customer service. Very dissapointed.

It's beyond me how an expensive item item like a gas analyser was delivered to me in inadequate packaging which cause the analyser probe to penetrate, and stick out of, the manufacturer's box. The analyser itself was in it's own cardboard carton (like a display carton), within the big box, and this was also burst. Who knows if the brown tape on the Kane box was original or not. Who knows what the small piece of anti-static bubblewrap was for, as it was loose in the box and not protecting the analyser. It seems unusual that Kane would send out a product, to BES, in such poor packaging. Let's hope it works and continues to work because that's kinda important to me.

great delivery etc , but your prices are not as cheap as expected , regards your competitors/ maybe stick to the sales and offers? , how do i get the promotion discounts ? delivery bob n which counts a lot , just wish i was not on nights ,,,,,,

Electricity Box arrived today. Disappointed that both door pins were bent. Tried to straighten the brass spring pin but it snapped!

Usual efficient service from BES but let down by UPS delivery. Despite giving clear instructions about where to leave goods UPS decided they’d come back the next day. Fortunately it wasn’t critical.

Having ordered 4 items across a range of 3 products only 2 items were in stock. I was surprised to receive those 2 items the next day and a further item 2 days later, with one item yet to arrive. A simple message or phone call would have ascertained whether I could wait until all four items were in stock. This would have reduced deliveries from 3 to 1 and saved costs and cardboard for you. I applaud your desire to achieve next day delivery at all cost but some flexibility would save money with one phone call or even an in stock substitute.

Hi Phil, Thank you for your feedback. We were very pleased that you received your order quickly and in full. Regarding your split deliveries, of course BES will always try and deliver in the most efficient manner. However, during current global conditions this is not always possible due to supply chain volatility. Product deliveries from some suppliers change daily. On rare occasions there are drifting delays from some suppliers due to product shortages and so we do not wish to delay the delivery of the items we have in stock. However, we take on board your comments. Please note that you were not charged for your extra deliveries. BES take packaging and the environment very seriously which is why we operate and comply with certification to bsi ISO 14001 environmental management. Regards, BES

My order arrived promptly, however since then I've been receiving unwanted mail via post. I tried to contact them via their website - not possible. I tried to reset password for my account to stop receiving advertising brochures - not possible :-( I've tried fb - can't do that either.

Bes.com products are great, Customer service is fantastic. The biggest let down is the courier , UPS, absolutely useless, they turn up by the end of the day, no sooner than 5.30pm, for a building sites to receive plumbing and heating goods, that’s well too late, and then they drop the order to some random grocery shop for collection, not everybody is mobile , hence the delivery. So for that reason I Cannot rate it any higher.
