“I have a boiler condensate pipe that always freezes in cold weather and back fills into the kitchen. This year I used the BES weatherproof pipe insulation during the cold snap and it worked a treat. I would highly recommend this product for frost protection and peace of mind!”

“The product was delivered efficiently and quickly. Postage and packing was very expensive (over £5) - and no wonder as the item I ordered weighed 120 grams whereas the advertising catalogue you enclosed with it, and which I did NOT order, weighed 750 grams. Not impressed with this unexpected exploitation of a customer. Might not use you again.”

“Although it was my first time ordering from BES, I was impressed with the very prompt service and the packaging. The inclusion of a really comprehensive brochure in my delivery was a very nice touch as I will need to order some other plumbing items in the near future to restore a toilet cistern, so I will certainly going to the BES catalogue first.”
