Hi Michael, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had to wait 40 minutes. BES operate from a vast warehouse with a collection facility, so we need 30 minutes to pick products (but usually it is quicker). We state these conditions on our website and in our catalogue etc. However, it seems on this occasion we did not meet our usual fantastic service levels. Apologies. BES

“Was looking for a part for my cooker on my boat came across BES by chance on the WEB was very surprised they had the part needed as it was difficult to find. Order the part delivery was 24 hours Fantastic and the price was excellent plus ordered there catalog”

“The last few deliveries have failed to be deivered on the prommised day, let allone the paid delivery early time. The reason we use BES, is nor because of price, many items are significantly more expensive that the competition, but the reliability of delivery. This has significantly deteriated over the last couple of monts to be compleatly unreliable. Because of this, we are foced to use other suppliers that are more reliable for emergency deliveryies. Verry dissapinting, concidering the faultless reliability of the past.”
