“I now use BES as my go to when I need any plumbing bits, not only is it cheaper than most other places The DPD delivery makes it so much better when it comes to deliveries as knowing eactly when its due it allows to get on with the day rather than sit in waiting.”

“Order delivered??? on time and in full, let down by delivery company, totally diabolical, seems to be the standard these days - ignored instructions and left £170 worth copper fittings on doorstep without knocking 2 foot from parcel box - not my idea of delivery!!!”
