“These are ideal , only issue is the hoses have a manufacturer date of 2025 , same with all the pig tails I am buying I have also tried emailing twice to discuss better terms but no one gets back to me ,”

“Order process and collection simple and straightforward. Not quite 5 stars. The 1/2" and 3/4" tap connector epdm washers were actually slight too small in diameter and rather thin. Also, I couldn't add to my order or place an order for a single item at the collection point without an 'up to 30 minute wait.'”

“requested a Friday delivery but goods were delivered on the Wednesday before, no one was in. Advised DPD to leave under the car port, they left it in on the doorstep in prime loccation for anyone to walk away. Other than that everything else was excellent.!”

“I had an issue with the description of an item being different from the item sent. The 22mm Essex flanges you stock (item 17541) are NOT straight through/slip through (as your description says)...they are STOP flanges, a completely different item. Several days wasted as we had to return these and get the 'straight through' type direct from Essex Flanges. No problem returning the item though but I see this item is still misdescribed on the BES website.”
