“Good quality products. Punctual service. It would be 5 stars but they use DPD who prefer to drop my parcels anywhere but my home address. Consequently I have to get parcels delivered to a post office which incurrs a four mile round trip for me.”

“On the phone everyone was excellent and helpful. The product has yet to be delivered due to "wrong address" which is the same address where they made a delivery very recently.”

“Brilliant customer service. I think though, they need to be clearer that before 12pm next day delivery is an ambition and not a guarantee, Sadly the excellent service BES provide was let down by DX Delivery who failed to put my order on their lorry and only realised when I chased.”

“Items turned up promptly ans were exactly as ordered. Only issue was the courier who left the items outside one of our shutters rather than getting someone to sign for it. Luckily it didn't rain and nothing was damaged.”

“These are great flexible pipes. I have a couple connected to my 0ppm water filter and car pressure washer. The only slight improvement would be a straight or rotating coupling at the angled end of the pipe.”

“The products and online support were excellent. However the DPD delivery were not good said we weren't, which we were. Then when delivered he dropped it at the bottom of the drive a long way from the house. This has happened twice and we have had no explanation from our feedback. So suggest changing courier.”

“The Domus EasiPipe Insulation was good and did the job although I felt it was a little expensive for what it was. It was also perhaps overly packaged but maybe that overcomes possible transport damage. I guess overall I paid for the efficient and fast service - so maybe fairly happy with the outcome.”

“Ordered and played for this item which said in website that I could collect the next day but after payment was completed was then advised that the item was out of stock with no idea of when it would return into stock so had to go through the process of cancellation of the unit for a refund which in fairness was sorted quit quickly but would have been easier if I hadn’t been able to complete as was not in stock”
