“I purchased something that was not quite what I needed and then made the call to BES to explain and create a return I was told that there's no need to send the 2 fittings back and received a refund in around 10 minutes! Absolutely seamless and without question. If only all suppliers were as smooth as BES! I will definately use them again.”

“Great service and price as always, completely let down by DPD again!!!! I even downloaded their app as this is not their first time screwing up my workload/customer reputation. I couldn't find my parcel, was told it was delivered to somebody not me to a place not mine. Bring back UPS.”

“Ordered parts but unfortunaltey we made an error and could not use. Called BES and spoke to an extremely friendly lady who sent us a pre printed lable for the return free of charge. No quibble at all. Brilliant compamy to do buisness.”

“Happy with new sink, 8 retaining links for sink installation and only 6 supplied in sealed bag is this correct, sink delivered on Monday 20th I'm sure requested previous Friday when ordered online but I'm sure you will have that information, when checking delivery date on confirmation noticed stated 25th September and then I phoned yourselves.”
