Won’t work after being fitted a few years as it won’t come off, even after wd40 spray applied, avoid this lock, it will save you £30 and the cost of a new tap!

Bought Belfast sink waste. Took 4 days to arrive, DPD marked as delivered on day 1 then took 2 additional days to actually deliver it. Finally got product. The plastic backnut didn't allow for it to tighten properly as would just skip threads as it was too soft. Needs to be brass. What a nightmare, clearly never been used by people who actually plumb.

Hi J Fraser, we are pleased that your delivery arrived yesterday. However, your feedback re. our service is disappointing to read. During our internal checks we noted that you requested delivery for Sat. 12th July. Therefore we are sorry that your order arrived to the Scottish Isles slightly later than expected. Unfortunately this can sometimes occur when delivering to the far corners of the UK (as per BES delivery t&c's) Apologies once again. Kelly, the Business Development Manager, is always a helpful and friendly point of contact at BES. Great level of service, always quick to respond to calls and emails. Kelly consistently helps to resolve any queries and always ensures are orders are prompt and received without any issues! And I genuinely look forward to speaking to Kelly when I need to place an order. Stock levels always good and next day delivery is a big help, a very competent and efficient supplier who we would recommend highly.

Purchased and fitted a gas catering hose P/N 24430 however on testing I found the hose to be leaking,I fitted a new dormant 1/2 * 1M hose from my Van stock at an additional cost to myself to solve the problem. I Phoned BES and spoke with Julie who advised me that I can return the gas hose for a refund but that any coincidental losses are not covered. As a commercial gas engineer I can’t say that to a customer and just walk away. I have subsequently returned two gas hoses made by the same company because the quality is poor and I can’t take the risk of a gas leak. P/N 24426. GASM8.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that p/n 24426 is tested and approved by BSI under kitemark license scheme. As soon as you reported that the gas hose was leaking we offered a replacement without quibble. However, you had already replaced the hose. As such we offered a refund upon receipt of the leaking hose. BES T&C's clearly state that BES are not liable for any additional costs/losses regarding a contribution of your time. Regards, BES

needed a thermocouple for my LPG heater. Wish I had come here first. Spent a lot of cash still ending up with incorrect item. BES supplied the correct item coupled with well packed product and first class delivery. A *** all round professional service Many thanks.

I ordered a Gas Pressure Test Point Nipple they took the payment but i haven’t received the item. When i called them to asked them why i didn’t receive any confirmation email they said i haved perched any items. This are scammer

I would like to ask BES persons to contact and make some decision. Unfortunately, upon their mistake, I had to send order back. We all make mistakes, but, it's sad that there is noone to solve them :( And BES offers to deliver worldwide, but with very bad support :(
