“I ordered zone valve parts at 8:30pm Friday evening meaning to do the install some time next week. They arrived today Saturday early in the afternoon ! Great service, will be using again for sure.”

“Having fitted a Bemis Silentium toilet seat a good few years ago it was time to renew it. I purchased two of them from BES (future-proofed) and simply unlocked the old seat & locked on the new one to the old posts. Absolutely perfect & only took half a minute to change…it took longer to open the box & remove the cellophane from the new one! Must admit, I was surprised that BES still had them in stock as I’ve found they’re now increasingly hard to source.”

“The service was excellent and delivery was on time ,but just the plastic nut splits so easy didn't over tighten but 1 week later little split in it ,lucky I saved old one so could replace it think it's just quality of materials used in everything, so didn't know how to score .”
