“The Part arrvied promptly (Vantage WC Side Inlet + Geo Button) but there was something loose in the box. It turned out to be a samll broken lug that should holding the Siphon assemply in place. The returns people were great and a replacement unit shipped next day - excellent service. The downside is that this lug breaking off in transit is a known issue and the unit supplier Dudley had been informed by BES. I feel BES should have open the box before shipment and removed the siphon and packed seprerarely. My plumber tells me he will need to charge me for the extra visit. So I am out of pocket due to a known issue!!”

“I'm very happy with your products and your delivery. The one thing I would like to suggest to you, I made an order the other day of quite a fair bit of money and it all came in one box and it was very heavy and when it came it had all ripped open. Luckily enough everything was there but it was through sheer look because that box wasn't much of a box by the time it got to me. This is my only advisement. Everything else is perfect”
