“Very pleased with everything. Slight damage to the one build in electricity meter box around the hinge position. Used araldite resin to seal the damaged area. Hopefully it will be ok. Don’t want to make a drama out of a crisis if at all possible.”

Hi Joel Pugh, Firstly thank you for your custom for the last 20 years, it really is appreciated. We note your feedback re. deliveries. We are surprised to hear as our metrics are operating as per usual, 90-95% success for next day delivery. Re. your latest order placed on 20th April, it was split into 4 parcels and your confirmation email stated "weight & size restrictions, some delivery options might not be available". We note two parcels were delivered next day, with two more delivered 22nd April. We are sorry about the slight delay for two parcels but thankfully instances like this are rare. Regards, BES

“The Part arrvied promptly (Vantage WC Side Inlet + Geo Button) but there was something loose in the box. It turned out to be a samll broken lug that should holding the Siphon assemply in place. The returns people were great and a replacement unit shipped next day - excellent service. The downside is that this lug breaking off in transit is a known issue and the unit supplier Dudley had been informed by BES. I feel BES should have open the box before shipment and removed the siphon and packed seprerarely. My plumber tells me he will need to charge me for the extra visit. So I am out of pocket due to a known issue!!”
