“Great staff, always nice to talk to and extremely helpful, goods are delivered in great time as requested and paid for and when not the staff work hard to resolved the issue and refund anything that is fairly needed to be refunded, no issues with BES they are a very good supplier.”

“I paid for a saturdaqy delivery which never arrived. I then had to change the delivery for the following tuesday and had to change the delivery address because I work away. This also did not arrive so I ahd to rearrange yet again for a different day at the origional address. The issue is really with dpd”

“I am still waiting for one item from a previous order and have had no info on when it's due so I emailed you to enquire as to it's whereabouts and have received no reply to that email. On top of that, your courier who had my order for friday 21st delivery couldn't be bothered to deliver it. As it was down for 16.00 -17.00 I assume he decided to go home early, this meant I had to cancel Saturdays job. All in all your service so far is very poor, im surprised I gave two stars. I'll be even more surprised if this review gets actioned on.”

“I bought some insulation for my condensing pipe on my boiler. Although ive yet to put it on the quality seems good. The package arrived in good time. The only negative comment was the cost of the postage as a % of the cost of goods bought.”

“Placed an order with BES recently and it didn’t go quite to plan. My delivery was delayed by four days, and when it finally turned up it had been reboxed by DPD because the original packaging wasn’t up to the job. By that point the box had been damaged and a few small items were missing. I phoned BES and was told to email photos, which I did straight away, but I’ve not had any response since. It’s only about a tenner’s worth of parts, but it’s still money I’ve lost and the lack of follow-up isn’t great. Shame really, because when BES get it right they’re usually spot on. This time though, the experience fell well short.”

Thank you for using BES. However, we are sorry that we have let you down on this occasion. We have regular meeting with our couriers so that we can discuss performance. Clearly your package has been damaged by DPD hence the delay and DPD re-boxing. Thankfully instances like this are very rare indicated by our overall 4.7/5 review total score. Apologies. BES
