“Ordered specialist outside pipe lagging for my heat pump feed pipes - installer used indoor insulation and wanted me to pay a fortune to replace it! Lagging was competitively priced and delivered free in 2 working days, packed in robust protective packing. Brilliant.”

“BES despatched my goods rapidly, and they arrived next day. Whilst I have yet to use the product purchased, it loks to be sound enough for the jobs intended. BES range of products is great. Will certainly be back. Besides, how can I forget them when Youtube constantly displays their adverts :)”

“Bought a Cyble™ Sensor with 5m Lead from BES It came without the screw required to fix it to the water meter. See the image to see what I had to do without the missing screw. Contacted BES to explain the problem on the 1st of May, and still no communication from them. Very, very poor. I will think twice before ordering from them again.”

“Service is amazing. Ordered fittings late on a Bank Holiday afternoon. Received an immediate response by email confirming my order and that DPD were expecting the shipment. Next morning I received a text for DPD with a one hour delivery slot. At 0815 the order was delivered to my door. Great service and competitive pricing.”
