“I’ve been an account holder for over 10 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Recently, I’ve been let down by unreliable delivery timescales and missed scheduled collections. To make matters worse, I raised a complaint via email and received no response at all. It gives the impression that customer loyalty isn’t valued and that existing customers are being overlooked. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both its service reliability and customer support.”

“I ordered 3mtr length of Talon trunking for my 10mm pipe work and 6 x 10mm Talon clips to hold trunking, very fairly priced, the courier however spoilt the transaction by delivering the above 1 day late with the package torn in half the trunking twisted and the clips missing . I contacted BES. to complain they were really professional and replaced the items missing immediately with a different courier the following day at no extra cost which probably cost more to send than the missing items. I certainly recommend BES to all, a really professional company to deal with.”
