Hi David Raper, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry about what happened. All our couriers are instructed to be very careful with their deliveries especially awkward shape/sized items but on occasions mishaps can happen. We do provide a returns service for items damaged in transit, however, it seems as you've explained you did not wish to delay your customer and used the part. Once again we can only apologise.
