“Parts sent swiftly and good quality. Problem was I ordered 2 solvent weld swept bends which were not sent. I contacted BES and advised and a pair of bends were sent out again very swiftly. But instead of receiving the ordered bends I was sent a pair of 90o bends which were push fit. Gave up and went elsewhere.”

“I needed to replace my external sink and bath waste pipes but was inable to find anywhere local that stocked 40mm grey pipe and accessories. Found BES online who had everything I required and it was also cheaper than the sheds. Service was outstanding too and it was shipped on a next day delivery which arrived as stated. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.”

“I use BES once or twice most months and find they are competitive with their prices and have a massive range of stock including some items that I struggle to find elsewhere. I usually collect any items from the counter in Brum and the staff are always really good and the opening hours are better (longer) than most.”

“Very prompt service, my order got split by the courier for some reason, I liaised with customer support who were brilliant. Options were to wait to see if the item was finally delivered, a refund or the part resent. The part turned up first thing the next morning by the courier.”
