“Quick delivery with the correct bits at a good price. Postage and packing is high and could be reduced if smaller packs used. My stuff would fit in a small Jiffy bag but came in a box a 1000 times too large.”

“BES are a modern company working to modern high standards providing prompt supply of a very extensive range of plumbing - related components and materials. I have never tried getting advice from them - the true test! When all's said and done you can't beat holding a component in your hand in the local plumbers merchant. BES's speedy, no hassle returns system is the next best thing.”
