“Very happy with BES, particularly because of the delivery guy. One item was (in its packaging) too long to go into the lift. The bloke carried it up 7 flights of stairs without mentioning it - I only realised after he left that it could not have traveled in the lift. So big thanks to BES people and special thanks to my BES delivery guy.”
