“Product (poker blade) is superb and I've used them for years. Only negative is that they use UPS for delivery - THE WORST delivery company in the UK. BES customer services were brilliant. Stacey managed to get hold of someone at UPS who clearly put a bomb up the local delivery folks and, finally, the package was delivered. 10/10 for BES; 0/10 for UPS.”

“As with any online retailer, delivery seems to be the weak link in the chain. I've had a few orders from BES and they've been faultless. However I've recently had issues with UPS and not received items.”

“I have a boiler condensate pipe that always freezes in cold weather and back fills into the kitchen. This year I used the BES weatherproof pipe insulation during the cold snap and it worked a treat. I would highly recommend this product for frost protection and peace of mind!”
