“Excellent service. The streamer I ordered arrived the next day by DPD. I left a message regarding a query I had about the item and they phoned me back within 10 minutes with the answer. Very pleased.”

“One of the dealers (Gary?) spent a non trivial amount of time on the phone with me discussing the component I was considering, and confirmed I could send it back if I listened and didn't like it. Not sure all the info was accurate (nowhere does the marketing blurb mention temperature controlled components ... but, well, *maybe*). No problem. I called to order and they suggested I order online as it's faster and they'd keep an eye out for the order. A couple of minutes later the order was in. This was a couple of hours before their 1pm deadline for next day delivery. Excitement mounted. But no email about delivery "today" so I called (around 9:30am on delivery day) only to be told my unit hadn't been sent due to "staff shortages" and "the DPD courier arrived earlier than usual". I can't help but be suspicious they simply forgot. I'd rather be told the truth (people make mistakes after all) than what sounds like a half arsed lie. Anyway the unit arrived a day later than expected and it sounds great so it's a small fly in the ointment of my experience...”

“Delighted with the support and the ease of return of a faulty product (no fault of AE) and replacing the item with alternatives (my choice to replace, rather than request a refund). Both Marion & Gary have been helpful at all times and I'm sure that I'll be returning to AE just as soon as I can convince my wife that our system is now unbalanced and that we 'need' to upgrade our speakers.”

“The DMP-A6 Streaming DAC Master Edition has delivered everything that Gary at Audio Emotion promised. It really does produce a 3D and holographic sound image with excellent separation of instruments. The step up from basic streaming options is amazing. The recommended Black Rhodium intro XLR cables are also excellent. Marion was very helpful with the order processing and the DMP-A6 was delivered on Friday afternoon in time for some weekend listening. Overall 10 out of 10 for Audio Emotion.”

“Audio Emotion seemed to be one of very few companies who could supply Eversolo products in UK . I was able to talk to a personable and helpful assistant on the phone . AE were open about possible delay of product - which there was owing to it's popularity of and they kept me informed of progress (there was a delay ) . Product arrived in perfect condition ( not plugged in yet ! )”

“eversolo dmp-a6,was a pre order so had to wait some time to get it, no fault of audioemotion and there kept me informed of my order and were very helpfull and friendly,not used audioemotion before but would happily recommend them for all your audio needs,once my item was in stock it was sent out next day and arrived in perfect condition,the eversolo dmp-a6 streamer is an amazing bit of kit and for the price its a no brainer if your after a do it all streamer.”
