“Recently pre-ordered an item from Audio Emotion. Due to popular demand it was delayed but during all of the time I was kept updated and even received a phone call to clarify the situation. When it was shipped it arrived in one day in perfect condition. Great guys and thoroughly recommended.”

“I’ve purchased a number of items from Audio Emotion including DAPs, DACs and Headphone Amplifiers. On each occasion, Gary and his team have been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Their ability to assess your individual needs and to assist you in selecting the correct equipment is worthy of note. In a modern world where everyone seems quick to use the behemoth one-stop online shop (I won’t mention their name!) Audio Emotion continue to offer an exemplary, personalised customer service whilst maintaining attractive pricing. 10 out of 10 from me…..”

“Purchased an Eversolo DMP-a6 Streamer online from Audio Emotion. At the time of placing a pre-order purchase I made an enquiry about a PX of my CA D200M DAC. Had an almost immediate response with a fair price offer. I posted off and had confirmation of receipt and that payment would be made to my account within a day. It was actually cop that day. I also had an update about the Streamer order and that it would be in the next few days. Further updated that had been dispatched (ahead of outline pre-order date). Received next day, perfect packaged condition and all working so well. Real pleasure to deal with Audio Emotion, many thanks again.”

“I bought an Eversolo DMP-A6 Streamer/DAC/Server etc.., which is like gold dust and difficult to source, however as soon as stock arrived, one was dispatched the next day, excellent service and the Streamer is a revelation.”

“I was finding it hard to get an Eversolo DMP-A6 on a first or second run. And them came across Audio Emotion! They had both the standard and Mayer Edition little more expensive than advertised. I still order one, a couple of days later someone From Audio Emotion called to say there had been a mistake in the initial advertised price the extra was due to an additional warrantee! Which I decided to go with. They told me the delivery was delayed by a day but I would get it by Tues 23 good to there word it arrived I am very happy with it and appreciate the excellent customer they provided”

“I'd never dealt with Audio Emotion before and was slightly reticent, as I was doing a part exchange for an expensive phono amp, but their communication was top class, as was the deal I got for the PX. The fact I placed the order at 14:30 and the goods arrived next day at 11:00 was very impressive, the items for PX being picked up on delivery of the new kit. No fuss and no messing about with inificient couriers was an added bonus. I will definitely be using the company again.”
